I just threw away a sh!tpile of old klister. I'm soo done with that sh!t.
There's better things to do on klister days. I'll let ya know when I find one.
The one gud thing about klister?
It fools you into thinking you don't have a 'late' kick.

I prefer a waxless pattern over klister. I've got a tube. It has exactly one sessions worth of glue missing and that's it.

Good day to swim up Royal Arches. Snorkel required.
4" rain on Castle Rock ridge last night. Winds gusting (probably) over 60. Calm now but still rainin' like a cow pi**in' on a flat rock.
For a good description of the floods of 1861-62 see Book III, Chapter I of "Up and Down California" by William F. Brewer (University of California Press). This is an excellent book about California, Dec 1860 - Dec 1864

Looks like the snow levels dropped a bit which allowed Reno/Sparks to dodge the flood bullet barely.
Very cool.

Final storm tally in Verdi: 7.62" rain, 58 mph max wind gust. Truckee is up with trees floating down the river, but not too bad really.

Nice pfoto Cragman. RE: the topic - Saw on the Yosemite webcams that the Merced had risen quite a bit this afternoon, and Yosemite falls was about Spring runoff volume. Would be a good time to break out the spinning rod.

But these pussy California rivers
Yep
When I was in Borneo the fuking river rose 10 feet over night in one little storm during the night.
Me and Hoover where on top of one of the towers in a dome tent and it rained so hard it pushed the tent poles straight down on top of us.
I love the jungle where its moist, warm, sh!t crawls everywhere, you sink in mud and bugs attack incessantly.
Jungle is very nice not like stupid Americans who make stupid sterile shopping malls ......

Werner according to my calculations, you just used up your life-time limit on the word "stupid".
Please find an appropriate substitute for the remainder of your existence.
A thesaurus is really nice for these redundancy limits.
:)
Upon further review, you share this honor with Locker, who creatively chose "sutpid" as his alternative use.
