Biggest sales pitch of the night: Malcolm and a number of others trying to sell Kari on Boulder.

so the place I looked at isn't going to work out. It's too far out and just not the right scene.
So... My plan is going to be the same. I will return in two weeks and will initially plan to stay at an extended stay hotel. There's no way I'll find a place unless I'm here.
so I'm still shopping so if anyone has any leads/ideas etc. let me know.

dude... i know.. I've got Donini ready to give me Black tour. PapaJoto coming up to climb in Eldo. And Kari and I are planning on a route on one of the Flatirons (suggestions?).
Though nobody has told me how to become a Prancer.

My experience is that extended stay (ES) type hotels really suck. If you really intend to move to the area, my recommendation would be to find a decent apt. on line and arrange for a six month lease (or less if they offer it) in an area that you like. It will cost more than the ES route, but I think you will find it more pleasant and convenient in the end.

It was great fun, one of the best HH so far. I need to make a point of not always hanging out with the same folks though, there are a few people that have been at some of these events that I have yet to meet. Everyone at the other end of the table....
Kari is awesome Doug, don't fuk this up, you're no spring chicken.
I'll keep my ears open for places to stay in the Denver BOULDER Golden area.
