Fifteen years of Facelift, can you believe?
I met lots of new friends, of course, and I wanna say a special hi to Patty Miller, Yellow Pines camp host, as well as Andrea, the other host.
Patty is shown with major weight (around 300#) collected in Tuolumne.I entered weights in the ledger as the trash was collected. We saw lots of things, but the most memorable was when someone brought in an old, beat up haul bag, followed almost immediately by his pal carrying a beater Casio keyboard. Both were stashed under a bear box and both belonged to Doc Piton. I had no idea, of course, but in ten minutes someone had ID'ed the items, so no harm, no foul.
Whew!

The question of how long it takes for orange peels to decompose (3 yrs, approximately) came up at the Facelift.
Free range oranges, though, no one seems to know the ansser. I also think no one really knows why we need the "w" in the word "qwestion."
One thing for sure, it's gonna take me forever to compose a poem about oranges.
