So far it seems somewhat peaceful. Reads as though the ousted is still
speaking publicly. Their laws should contain a rate for the poor, but
still I know instead of 7-10% management being the norm, Social
Services many times turns into multiple managers for 1.

What are you talking about? What does have to do with what happened in Honduras? Do you understand the situation in Honduras? They're different situations.
