BTW, Goat I brought you some 2 buck chuck last year, but since you didn't show it somehow mysteriously disappeared (in glasses) in Laramie.
1) It will suit you!

And while I am here Mr friedrichs just asked me when various groups will be there.
Ed y Spyork y yo are shooting for 15-23. How about the rest of you? I think Melissa and Em were talking of going earlier...

If I didn't have to go to Idaho, I'd be on the mission w/Tom:-)

I'll read that as get to, thank you very much. :)

Don't worry Kev, I got something wide with a shite landing all sorted out for you. I'll stand on the pointiest rock and push you towards the flat ones. Or you can send. :)

Look again, Munge, if you can't handle a half inch of rain a day why even bother climbing outside.

That is not the kind of rain that is going to affect anybody's climbing except for a few minutes.

On the Day that Scuffy became Mr Smooth, we climbed in the morning and there was a late afternoon squall. When it started to let up we started walking to Fall wall, a face climb. A t Zero percent humidity, that Sherman granite dries off in the blink of an eye.
In less than an hour from the main downpour, Scuffy had onsighted Fall wall, tricky .10b face, and made it look like a sidewalk.

Don't worry about the weather. Last year was an odd scene. in 35 seasons in Vedauwoo I have never seen it rain like last year. Don't even think of letting the weather talk you out of being there.

It's all good, cuz--I'm getting psyched for camping with a new(ish) clan by a lake, Silverwoodin' it, bouldering with the local heavy on fat pads...

The Boogaloo will regretfully be missed by myself--a loss and a wilderness tribute mission are priority one, even over Molly's and my anniversary.

I'll be there in spirit and can see the fun in the after pics, may good weather come your way:-)

Yeah, weather should be perfect for exploring the highball water landing rock on the South end of the Lake. Mid 90's supposedly, dumping buckets right now, probably random thunderhead.

What time you showing up on Saturday? Sunday is BBQ in Laclede, Im going out early to help set up, then we could bust out some pebble pinchin' or whatever. Or afterwords.

I'd FB you but it totally sucks on this mac.

Next Thursday, I get bionic limbs screwed on real tight.
If all goes well, I may rollout for the 15th and 16th weekend, with G Boy at the wheel.
