I'm doing Yoga Teachers training and a variety of other things that look to consume me. Sushi at the Black might work one night but we'll see...

I should go and officially Pity my knee.. big ole brace on it ankle to thigh from a ski injury, a month or more to go before rehab. akg. beware they close by 10p on sunday. you can all help me plan my recovery climbs based on progressive dropped knee moves
