It's really quite stunning when you think about it - the degree to which the principles - all of them! - seem to have fallen out of the Republican Party.
What's it stand for now? I mean besides (1) Trump (2) Hate on Hillary. Anything?

Conservatism was defeated by Trumpism. That is to say, ignorance.

I bet you a dollar "trumpism" is going to have a place in the English language lexicon ten years from now.
I'll be eager to see its definitions.

Trump is a clever ruse by the thought police. Chump supporters will soon hear a knock on the door.

Whew! I just read all 193 posts on this thread, after being off "suffering" in the mountains of darkest Idaho for the last few daze & not noticing any politard threads until I finally clued into this Moose-effort.
"My job is not to judge my peers."
That's up to the other smoking duck.
I will offer Radical, who has 24 posts, most all on political threads, since March 17, 2016, this image for his profile photo. It seems so appropriate for him.
Yes! My Suffering in the mountains photos!

If you don't understand the concept of equal pay for work of equal value by now, there's no hope for a hand up VS. a hand out.
and you can? please do!

Campaign Megasplat
They took a survey from each species
Accross the universe
From every world
To ask if there could be unity
Between all planets
If truth be told
And to ask if every sovereignty
Could be acknowledged
As it whirled
The Klingons and the Vulcans
Would see the Federation
Flag unfurled
But when Clintonians and Trumpatoids
We're questioned
And were polled
The Clintonians claimed the Earth was just
A metaphor for romance
Or the common cold
The Trumpatoids said to mine it for gold
And deport the Earthlings
To be sold
But then both Species saw their worlds explode
Erased from orbits
In which they whirled
As the Earthlings remained unmolested
With their troubled future
To unfold

Wrong on the recall notice.
Before recall you have to distribute enough product to warrant it.
Hurry on home, bitcvhes.
Hipp0crit judgments after the fact.

Craig Fry!
Re your question?
see any good schist lately?
I got some super sweet schist last Saturday
No schist!
I really enjoyed the nicest conglomerate I've ever noticed. The Ramshorn Conglomerate consists largely of rounded pebbles of vein quartz & quarzite glued tightly together by a siliceous material. It dates to the Ordovician Era, about 460 million years ago.
(not that any "real-Republican" would believe that our earth is more than the Biblical 6,000 years old.)

While many here discuss with various points of view and arguments both heated and fun on our current state of affairs, I can't help and doodle with my imagination on what would be and what has been.
I wonder if humanity survives 450 more years would it be a bombed out wasteland with roving bands of mutants and mole people beneath ground, orchestrating battles by remote control with faces that have just one eye.
Or would we evolve into civil beings with altruistic leanings, and cities floating in the sky, our land preserved as pristine gardens tended by the progeny of you and I? Would my grand children have grandchildren who lived beyond a hundred, and did great things with their lives?
All these aspirations are reserved for us if we don't let our planet die.

^^^keep to the aspirations!
"Our" planet has been sustaining Life for Over 3 billion years,i'm sure she's seen worse in that amount of time, with all the volcano's, and electro-magnetic pole shifts, and all that and whateverelse? Then she's seeing now! i'd be more worried over the Sun burning out. Can you imagine, when it's cooling, it will be COLD here. i'll bet people won't even want to go outside to blow each other up! That could end the wars and suffering! Well, maybe not the suffering..
