I have found always providing my reasons for thinking as I do goes a long way toward making
discussions more productive. If you don't know why, just say so. That too does the trick. There's a

It sounds like he is fine.
The longer he stays away the better off he will be. I do worry about him going off line cold turkey. I hope he is being medically monitored in some way. Once the DT's start it can be quite serious :-)

There are a handful of people here that have served to foul the atmosphere sufficiently to make this campfire far less attractive.
I think a little moderation could go a long way.
Perhaps for a cool down period, just short of a banning, a little submission approval on the part of persistent haters?
Can't blame Ron for leaving, and if he did then he had class enough not to throw a snit.
