If you think I'm Braunini you're dreaming projecting and wishing.

If you're so obsessed with this bullsh!t here you can ask the admin here for ip address and see it is not me.

This sh!t is so stupid .....

It doesn't matter. Ron can write all the insane things he wants to. Who is harmed? Nobody.

I suppose if you close your heart or kill it, then what others say can be harmless. I would prefer not to live that way.

And I laugh at myself often.

Take yourself seriously on Supertopo = ultimate fail.

That may be the key. I think the ability not to take ourselves too seriously on an internet forum reflects secure egos. But then, as my friend Paul Roehl said in his post of the century upthread, none of us have big egos!

I agree with the person who wondered about JZeema.

26 posts total, several mentions of names with familiarity. Never heard of the guy, but one mention about me in a post anyway.
My guess is a SP transplant, with troublemaking intention. Happily I will not see his posts again. :-)

Where is Anita? Been a while since her last post.

Maybe Lolli scared her off?

I wonder what I'd have to do/say to get threatened by some unsophisticated, hobo-looking geezer on ST?

Probably because you said that you did. but then here is another case of you denying what you say and do and seeing yourself as blameless.

Ron, you admitted this precisely, and it's been reposted numerous times. If you can provide proof-positive to the contrary (other than your namecalling-denial), I'd love to see it.

Beyond this, though, you have full and complete responsibility for your (by legal definition) internet stalking actions and real physical threats.

Going forward, I am going work very hard not to childishly hound you in every thread, but I will respond to your comments like any other poster...especially when they address me directly.

Edit: And to be clear...that other thread is only 'empty' because it is devoid of an apology to you.

On ST's experts on everything, including the law, writes:
Throwing (un)witty insults back and forth is harmless fun. Throwing threats of physical violence back and forth is the pathetic macho bullsh#t of immature meat heads... not to mention illegal. Posting nude pics gets you banned... threats of violence... eh, as long as we aren't "forced" to see nudity it is all fine and good.

Let's see some of those "illegal" posts -- I don't think I've seen any, and I'm curious.

well,

threats made on the internet are illegal:

that was easy to find

http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/875.html

To constitute "a communication containing a threat" under Section 875(c), a communication must be such that a reasonable person (1) would take the statement as a serious expression of an intention to inflict bodily harm (the mens rea), and (2) would perceive such expression as being communicated to effect some change or achieve some goal through intimidation (the actus reus). A message is a "threat" if a reasonable recipient would tend to believe that the originator of the message was serious about his words and intended to effect the violence or other harm forewarned, regardless of the speaker's actual motive for issuing the communication.

Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person with the specific intent that the statement made verbally in writing or by means of an electronic communication device is to be taken as a threat even if there is no intent of actually carrying it out which on its face and under the circumstances in which it is made is so unequivocal unconditional immediate and specific as to convey to the person threatened a gravity of purpose and an immediate prospect of execution of the threat and thereby causes that person reasonably to be in sustained fear for his or her own safety or for his or her immediate family's safety.

It is not necessary for the victim to actually be placed in fear of imminent serious bodily injury or for the accused to have the capability or the intention to actually carry out the threat. The offense is completed if the accused, by his threat, sought as a desired reaction, to place a person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury.

That's a useful technical, legal definition, Norton. Note to self.

Edit: Did you happen to come across a similar legal definition for 'internet stalking'? It would be of great use here now, and in the future.

Norton--I asked for an example of an illegal post made on ST.
You didn't give me one.
Normally I'd thank someone for trying even if they failed, but I can't in good conscience extend any thanks here because no reasonable person could think that your post was responsive to mine.

Apogee--if you really are unable to do things like use Google to find state or federal laws that may pertain to threats or stalking or the like, you really shouldn't even worry about that sort of stuff--you're so far behind, I don't think you can catch up.

People bluster and bully behind the protective veil of their avatars because they are freaked out about personal confrontation....little to fear from that lot.
