Did the ipcc make a prediction 70 years ago, TGT?

Warmists are the neoptolemaics.
clinging to their faith in a model that the facts do not support.
(just another faith based religion)
If the IPCC model is accurate why doesn't it predict what really happened?
it fails even a simple back test.

What prediction are you referring too, TGT?
What report? What scenario?
(hint: The Church of Forbes wants you to remain clueless)

A very politically conservative friend , who served as science adviser for 3 presidents , doesn't completely buy into climate change , but also warns that America should be very cautious and continue research...And then there's Sketch and Rick Sumner , loud mouths with self-esteem issues spouting all sorts of scientific bull sh#t as if they know something the researchers don't....

Sure, can Sketch.
The radiative forcing data matches up well with scenario D.
Where's your radiative forcing data to support scenario A?
Your 'feelings' don't count, Sketch.

Data on burned area from the current era of extensive aerial fire control procedures (spending an average of almost $1.5 billion on it annually 2000-2013 - also from NIFC) provides zero basis for assessing relationship (or lack thereof) between climate and fires.
There is, however, substantial scientific literature showing correlations between extent of fires and warmer, drier climate over past millenia. Though admittedly, these papers do not discuss circumstances during the Paleozoic, as the Chief thinks is relevant to the current era.
Here in California, if it rains a lot, the line we hear is "the grass grew! there will be major fires!" and if it does not, we hear "it's dry, there will be major fires!" One does tire of this kind of short term BS. But it's a no brainer based on basic principles of fire science (low fuel water content, stuff igniates burns easier) and the Holocene data that hot and dry correlates with more or larger fires, all other things being equal. The reality in California, and probably most of the arid West, is that nearly all the big fires are human caused (directly, including power lines). And this has been the case since the glaciers melted and the Indians arrived. They may well have set all those big fires discussed in the papers about the Holocene; they just burned more area during drier conditions.

Yep Sketch, we've learned a lot in 25 years. Part of the scientific method.
Is that ok with you, Sketch?

Can you provide radiative forcing data to support your claim regarding Scenario A?
I provided the data to support Scenario D.
Fair is fair, right Sketch?

Same old K-man... claiming one thing... even if it's BS.
Um, I didn't claim anything.
But speaking of "same old," ...
But, since you need me to answer your silly question, I will play along with your silly game.
The difference between weather and climate is a measure of time.
Now your turn, answer my question:
Sketch, are you asking me to test my knowledge, or are you asking because after all this time you still don't know?
You said you would answer my question after I answered yours, so your turn Sketch.
My prediction: Sketch will run away like a little brat-boy instead of answering.

Rather interesting how KMAN neglects to add his ST croanies in with his claim.
The Chief, I'm curious, what claim did I make?
And, nice to see that The Chief is back with his hate-filled messages.
Although I can't say that I missed them.

I've already covered this.
Obvious dodge. Unless, of course, you can provide a link to where you covered this. Which, of course, is not possible.

Please do tell us that your post below was not directed towards "Deniers" only.
The Chief, you're an idiot; Rolling Coal is purely deniers.

No Sketch, it is your test that failed. (And what does your link have to do with anything I've posted? Can you say "non sequitur"?).
But, as I expected--your question was a rhetorical question that shows your true colors. The only folks that support what you have here are The Chief, rick, TGT, and a couple other losers that drop in every now and then to show their complete ignorance of the science behind climate change.
You can continue to say I'm shoveling crap; it's easy to say, the hot air around here is overpowering. But those with a smidgen of wits know where lay the truth.

Think about that statement of reality I just posted about you.
The Chief, I don't live in the world that you consider to be reality.
