but it would seem that apart from leaving me In Camp4 for a week? while under K Schmidts's gaze for a day.
My natural born parents dropped me off in diapers,
at the home of uncle 'L' and his wife Edna,
they in turn found that there daughter Lori was a student at
Lycoming college, and they let her take me to there, via the Dead tour.
so the three mothers comment if that will surfice as to why I took to self medicating at such a early age, !! if i think back, sneeking into a garage, thru the back, and using a Schlitz beer can to smoke roaches, outta the truck that was the camp to camp mobile...It may have been Black Lable?
either way we saw it done in the pages of the big brothers, Lampoon magazines, I still remember the comic strip, A boy and girl sharing their 1st try at getting High,taking hits under a street light, from a can, that increased the heat as spelled out they got lip burns while 1st trying out the evil weed - it was an image I took to hart.
and just to keep my track record for bringing up the sleze, a record to be proud of? oh please,
Does anyone remember the National Lampoon comic of the girl riding on top, where the speech bubble spelled out "Im cumming" ?
it was a dirty magazine.. . pretty sure it was in the"Hair" edition.
ah, for the publishing of the '70s...

But the vet says he's cleared
To have them taken off soon
Wanted to rule out cancer in his organs
Going to talk to him tomorrow
About the test results
More trepidation

We at Levi Strauss & Co. have long admired Mr. Waits' work and respect his artistic integrity including his heartfelt views on the use of his music in commercials. From January to June 1993 Levi Strauss Europe authorized broadcasting in 17 countries a commercial for Levi's 501 jeans called "Procession". This commercial featured Tom Waits' song "Heart Attack and Vine" performed by Screamin' Jay Hawkins. We obtained the rights in good faith and were unaware of Mr. Waits' objections to such usage of his composition. We meant no offense to Mr. Waits and regret that "Heart Attack and Vine" was used against his wishes and that the commercial caused him embarrassmen

walking in flip flops through the soft rain
I hear the night birds
reveling in this long anticipated moisture
even the neighbors dogs
who rarely go long without voicing their dissatisfaction
chiefly throughout all hours of the night
are stifled by the oddity of the event
seeing myself as the ape man
blinking with gorilla eyes below veiled starlight
as cool mists seduce me with their intoxicating vapors
better I hope
for all those folks out near the north bay
our tinderbox existence placed less in check
for the immediate future
by the gift of precipitation
