Absolutely correct, and you are also right that not many people are willing to accept it. It would be more complete to add that most other macroscopic species would also go extinct along with humans, but only a few select species of either animals or plants last for more than a few million years anyway. No way we're likely to make it that long even without human-enhanced or -caused climate change.
I think there's probably a general consensus that people would like to delay the demise of the human species, or at least not greatly hasten it, but it's inevitable, true enough.

Disinformation by entities with conflicts of interest has fueled reports of scientific disagreement, not scientists.
Today, there is not a single scientific body of national or international standing that rejects the findings of human-caused climate change. Not one.
Those fools, they forgot to read what The Chief has been writing!
Dr. Powell found that out of the 10,885 peer-reviewed scientific papers published on climate change in all of 2013 only two papers reject human-caused climate change.
Two out of nearly 11,000. That is less than two-hundredths of one percent of all scientific papers that rejected human-caused climate change.
Hey, that's a stat that even Sketch can grasp (I think).
This is not disagreement. This is not a divided scientific community.
The reason for this is simple: there is no convincing scientific evidence against a human role in climate change. Period.
Those who deny human-caused climate change offer no compelling evidence to better explain the undeniable rise in atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases and global temperature.
Man, those scientists, they just aren't listening to what Rick and sci-fi have to say on this. What the hell is wrong with those idiots in white coats? Obviously, they are given too much power by those behind the curtain.

What we are questioning is the RECENT warming as shown below ,and how FAST that has happened[since around 1880].
You may say it has all happened before.
Were humans the cause,were they even around?
Did that happen this fast?
Harp on the uncertainties of that period,as you deniers do.
Because in this era, we have certainties that have been measured,analysed and proven.
You and yours do not want to believe that and you are in a solid minority.

Climate is a measure of the average pattern of variation in temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind, precipitation, atmospheric particle count and other meteorological variables in a given region over long periods of time.
Climate is weather events "in a given region over a long period of time."
Every post, The Chief, you prove again that you are nothing more than a dipsh#t. Sometimes you just can't escape the facts, and I suppose that I too must live with it.

She didn't say that she could control the weather in the future. But, she did indicate that we have some control over how we impact the future. I know, poor fellow, the subtlety is lost on you.
