Also if you can get to Palto Alto go their ER. VA said I had no problems nothing wrong with you we just did your tests go home it is the stress from the holidays [Christmas] My body said no something wrong still at PA VA started to walk went to ER. Triple bypass and valve. I will call Doc that saved my ass to see if his team is still there. Will get back to you next couple of hours.
Jay
Most likely if you go to your local hospital they will transfer you by $$$$$$$ ambulance to VA of your choice. Called PA my Doc and his team is still there. He will be calling me back sometime today. Hang in there.

Jay, maintain, brother, as it's not THAT serious yet, and may not get there.
I don't take any protein supps, just potassium for the heart and magnesium to alleviate a tendency to leg cramps (not all that sold on it yet but that's another tale). And a multivitamin.
That's it besides the water pills and blood anti-coagulant and the metoprolol for the heart.
Oh, and everyone's taking a statin, right? I have one, too.
The weight will come off, eventually, I just need to be patient and work more at walking and other exercise, and that's how I feel so that's how I'll roll.
I know the local ER can handle this, and will, if I go. I'm on Medicare and Medical, so the VA shouldn't really enter into it, dig? I sincerely appreciate your concern, but there's no need to go over the top here.
If I die as a result, okay, then panic. But really, deciding not to attend Facelift is the same as deciding not to have another cookie. There will always be another cookie. You don't need it right now, though.

That's what I thought when they told me nothing wrong. Doc said if I went home it would have been bye bye so long take it easy your gone. He told my girlfriend had a 30% chance of surviving this.
If you still persist nothing wrong get up here and can always
Plus a few other exercise programs

Planning on it...but as has been pointed out, "That's no moon."

At least my death is not planned, as some are.
"Death be not proud." (You, too, shall pass.)
"Alas! Poor Cassini, I barely knew ye!" (Alack! I barely knew meself!)
27 and in the prime of his life, too.
He died reachin' for the brass ring, eh?

R.E.B. P.P.s.H . . .
As the party will, the night faded into day,
the song came on
In our 'Gonzo' drunken state & looking as if we'd been on
some long and arduous adventure,
We, with slurred speech, rejoiced; "REBPPaH"
(Translation : the song "Rippel" by the Grateful Dead)
Robin Egg Blue Pork Pie Hat !
Thank You Sir!
