Guy he left just before you got there. Young inner city guy (all muscled up & drunk ) walking by Turlock yelling at his woman to put their one year old down, cause " you're making that kid soft". The poor kid was tired & hot & his woman was at her limits. So I stepped in the middle of them and began giving him a lecture about being a man. Men don't raise their voices to women or children. That a real man makes sure that all women & children are save & feel save when he is around. I could go on for the hour that it took to get though his thick skull. In the end we had him falling of slime & hugging all of us old guys.

I was & am proud of all the climbers that stepped in & help me with this nut.

Matty nice shot.
Sorry Pyro I spent the last few day in the Alabama Hills.
Someone needs to take a crowbar to that place. At least to the bolts that are next to easily protectable cracks.

Whats up on Wed.? I'm going to the point Tues.

Definitely in our hearts. Poor - Cole & Steph stuck out there in Jtree.
I guess it's not the worst place to be stuck if you can't make it to Stoney.
Hope to see you soon. We wouldn't want you stuck out there alone with nothing to do but climb.
Pyro gets tope rope Tue. going again after a long lay off.

Sat....am.

It's nice and dry.

Open for bizz.

On the way in to work this morning I saw the City of LA parks and rec. truck down there.

They had a gang of gang bangers all dressed in orange jumpsuits, picking up trash along Topanga.

Getting it ready for the annual REI clean up.

Now that is a good use of taxpayer money.

I'm not sure what right hand, left foot variation qualifies for Expansion Chamber, but Dan Mchale pretty much had this corner wired in 1970. He was bouldering in the mid 12's at the Time. The guy was amazing. I know the holds at Stony kind of change, from time to time, but he had a more direct way up Masters of Reality with a Killer Mantle at the Top, if not 5.12 close to it. He came out to the left of the Ear, up the middle of the Ear or out Right. When I knew him He didn't have a campus board but a Mantle Board where He could change the angle of the Mantle. The boy could definitely Mantle.

jw35 I believe that. Most of the stuff on the S. W. corner of B-1 was getting done before I got there.
