My brother had H1N1 in July, and wasn't a very happy camper for a week or so. He was given Tamiflu, which helped.

Dare we ask how your exam went when you weren't feeling well?

Klimmer, I see you're back. Will you now answer the simple question I've asked you twice already? I'll paste it in again here, in case you've forgotten. If you duck it a third time, I guess we can all assume that you're really not interested in facts, or what is real, or whether anyone in the world except you could possibly be right about anything...
So, here you go. Here's my thought about your idea and the question it raises:
Suppose you are right, and that this time it is different. If the vaccine turns out to be part of a plot, and kills the people who take it, then I will accept that. I'll say you were right, and, if they haven't taken my balls, I'll ask what I can do to help get us out from under the tyranny.
But suppose you are wrong, and that it turns out millions of people around the world are vaccinated and nothing bad happens to them. Will you then say you we were right, and that your illuminati conspiracy theory was a just a loony idea that you are now prepared to give up?
C'mon dude, either answer the question, or stop posting.

Ghost,
Vaccines don't have to be purposefully evil and kill millions for me not to want to take them. There is plenty of evidence that vaccines have an incredible amount of stuff that you shouldn't want to put into your body, Mercury etc.
Ghost, it is your choice.
Is there a chance for someone to do evil and purposefully hurt others by vaccines? Sure. Maybe they don't kill immediatley, but cause serious health issues down the road. Talk to Gulf War Veterans. Many of them are very sick and they were shot up with every vaccine imaginable at the time whether they wanted it or not.
I know a little about how they might have felt. I went through US Army boot camp. The vaccines and shots given (many) and how they were administered, let's just say it wasn't my favorite day.
Do what you want.

Not much of an answer. So I'll try to make it simpler
Do you believe that the H1N1 vaccine is something other than what we are being told? That is, do you believe it's not really just the best attempt by the medical community to protect us from disease, but rather something sinister?
Quit dodging, and answer the question honestly.

He doesn't ultimately know either, but he's making a choice due to suspicions he feels merits the decisions he's making.
Why keep hounding the guy? It's so stupid to keep throwing baited questions. He explained himself clearly.
But all you guys do in return is try to bait him to look like an idiot. He can see that kind of bait.

No baited hooks Werner, just a simple question.
If I started a thread and proposed an idea that went counter to what most intelligent people thought true, I'd expect questions. And if I was serious, I'd do my best to answer them. If I was unwilling to answer questions about my ideas, then I wouldn't post them in a public forum.
And further, Klimmer is an adult. If he's upset with my question, then he can say so himself. He doesn't need you to protect him, or be his nanny.

I think the stupidity index for the whole country has jumped a notch from just the existence of this thread.
Oh, what it must be like to live in a world where 2+2 absolutely equals 3, or 5, or whatever I want or need to believe it should be.

Ghost,
Werner gets it why can't you? I've answered the question many times. The answer isn't black and white.
Perhaps a question or questions to you and a climbing anology will answer to your satisfaction (if not I can't help you).
Why do you use a rope when you climb? You have the choice. Why not just go for it and only solo whenever you climb? Are you so sure about your abilities? Probably not, so you use a rope.
My choice to not take vaccinations especially the N1H1 Swine Flu vaccination is analogous to me using a rope when I climb. I use a rope because I am not absolutely sure of my abilities. I might fall. Likewise I don't take vaccinations that I don't trust.
It is your choice. Many others happen to feel the same way I do, and they even work in the professional medical field. Perhaps they know something we don't.

Of course conspiracy nuts never want to talk about the times their conspiracies didn't pan out.
As far as I know Naomi Wolf, for example, never explained why the plot she envisioned aboout the Republicans' sending in troops, declaring martial law, and stealing the 2008 election never came to fruition.
Sh#t if 10% of the stuff they claim happened or is about to happen actually occurred we would be truly f*#ked. But here we are, free to opine about such things on the internet. (Funny how big brother allows conspiracy nutters to post what they are up to.)

Has it ever occured to you that people on guard who watch, who listen, and who learn and then get the word out to warn others helps to stop such tactics or to delay them? "They" do not like the people waking up.
Perhaps you think we should only start shouting when the shackles are around our ankles and wrists in FEMA Concentration Camps. A little late don't you think?
As Jesus said . . .
Matthew 16:2-3
2 He answered and said to them, "When it is evening you say, 'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red';
3 "and in the morning, 'It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.' Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times.
He was referring to the end times also.

I'm wondering if anyone who works in education knows if there has been a
"memo" sent out to institutions. We had a weird meeting on Wednesday. I teach at a private college that has students with Fed Ed loans. We had this really
creepy all-faculty meeting with the Pres. of our school.
I'm glad you are discussing this.
It was entirely about the H1N1 and how we were to prepare all materials to
be dealt with over the internet, etc. All syllabus, handouts, resources are to be ready to go by October 7. Any students with symptoms are not to be allowed in class. Any students who want to come back to class must have
a doctor's note. On and on.
Our school didn't even pause while the World Trade Center was falling down.
That's why this is so strange. Does any one know of any notice that went out
from the Govt to edu. institutions and/or government facilities?
BTW I saw some of the vid. OP gave links for. I was going to get the
vaccination, now I'm not so sure.
I saw a documentary on the polio vaccine and "The Origin of Aids"
in Africa (anyone see that?) and
now I am a bit concerned. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ml7q6iMwqLY&feature=PlayList&p=7D26D05F10A87982&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=1
(Stop it with the Christian hater thing. It makes you guys sound ignorant.)
