I could use an enhanced dinner.....two yogurts for me tonight....to much work for anything else. I did yoga for an hour jog/walked an hour with weights, worked, planted more veggies in the natural garden, collected snails for an appetizer....an all the yada sheeee that makes ones world go round.

Say, where is Fogarty ? Dude you didn't quit already ? Check in with your coach......

Alright, my man comes through !!! Now Dude, ya gotta really pace yourself. Sometimes you have one grate day and let down. Good about the booze.

Right now focus on your day tomorrow. Visualize it in your head. What you will do, how you will manage stress which is a diet and life wrecker....and when and how you will exercise and eat.

Every two or three days maybe yo want to treat yourself. Like an ice cream or ONE thing you like. To much dicipline is sometimes.....too much :DD Proud Dude, keep it up.

Anders jumpstarted my effort by sending me pictures of our day's outing in JT - I'm bulging from every seam, ugh; now that's motivating.

Nice meeting you as well Lynne...

Lunche - Home made Buffalo stew with fresh vegggies and butter beans. Our Native American Indians here in Valley Center feel there is a lot of power in buffalo meat.

ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT!

I have been getting quite a few e mails off site regarding this challenge, which is totally acceptable.

People have been confirming their participation, and telling me what their start weight is.

I have even had quite a few send me pictures with them on the scale. We are on the honor system, and the pictures aren't really necessary, and up until now i haven't had any issue with the pictures.....but, if you are going to take a picture of yourself on the scale, in your bathroom, in front of a mirror, and you are a dude, and you are naked,...................COVER UP YOUR JUNK!

# 1, I am not impressed, stubby.

# 2, Homey don't play that game.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Alright, my man Fogarty....Proud!!!

I'm right with you....eating great and exercising also. Gotta be a team and relate. Yah ?

So, again focus on tomorrow. How you're gonna live it. What to do for exercise .... see yourself eating only the good stuff. See yourself like you want to and Will be. Ya know we might hit the wall, but if we do we can talk each other out of it. So lets communicate.....

See good things for yo guy. Peace, Lynne

Edit: yah, this is fun !!!

I was down 2 pounds (no beer)and then it got really cold, 24f last night, and my body went into winter eating mode, so I gained it back, plus 1! Arrrrgh! Stupid fried chicken. I couldn't help myself.

Check out this stupid forecast.
http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=37.94961225634431&lon=-119.2291259765625&site=rev&smap=1&marine=0&unit=0&lg=en

I'll never loose weight if it stays like this.

I am going to the Valley today for 2 days, rain be damned, to hike at lower elevation and slightly warmer temps.

All my joints ache too, it has rained every day for 2 weeks and I can not handle the damp.

The weather pattern is very strange, there is no such thing as normal anymore.

I need hot weather to loose weight!

Last night we had Chub Fest. Pork loin, baked spuds w/lots of butter, artichokes and rootbeer floats.
I also drank a six pack of Torpedo Extra IPA. Yummy!!!

Weighed in this morning at 180. Halfway to my goal of 175 by next Monday.

locker is right. Blimps can lose it easier!
