Some of the petitioners in Ricci, the firefighters who sued because their test results were thrown out, ARE HISPANIC.
Did she know that when she ruled against the one man, Ricci? Did she know that some Hispanics whould oppose her findings, after the fact!

Of course she did.
The petitioners can't jump in the case later. See, e.g. the federal rules of civil and appellate procedure. They were there at the district court and then in the circuit court and, obviously, the supreme court.

Give me a citation to a case (as in published federal opinion as opposed to what fox news or random websites say) where her bias caused her to rule in a certain way.

Fifty to one that whoever said you have to be a white male to be qualified or trustworthy was . . . a white male.
If you look at the financial and political crooks who have put us in such dire straights, they were almost all white males, ergo, the aging white male has become irrelevant, they just don't know it yet and continue to argue amongst themselves about this brown woman.
Fact is, the brown and black ones are in, and the tired, slippery, fork-tongued faux highground peckerwood is slowly being phased out. Not throwing out the whole race, but the white man has taken such a beating thanks to this last cadre of crooks and political cranks, he might never rebound in this country, at least not with the hegemony he once had, when the entire world was basically at his command.
For a while there, we even thought of God in terms of an old wise white guy. That idea left the building with George . . .

The supreme court reverses 75% of the cases it takes. The only reason, really, to take a case to affirm it is where there is a circuit split and the supes want to come down on one side or another. Or there is an important point of law that needs settling.
