On my Canon I can choose the light source like fluorescent light or shade or cloudy day or full sun, etc.
Moon shots need "available light" source.
But it's fun to use the "custom" source.
Which means I don't know what I'm doing
and my learning curve's still at the "unpredictable outcome" stage!

We had a great full moon up here mostly due to smoke from the great fires abounding....meh.

The ones above were taken this morning at moonset.
The moon was virtually, like, maybe 99%.
So tonight I went up to five and smoked with John and watched 2 episodes of Game of Thrones. 2 really bloody episodes.
I took a break between them as the moon came across John's window.
He kindly paused the disc while I shot a few quickies.
