silver in my stone court,
im more slave today than king.
im run ragged as i march along
the spine of my 16 hour workday.
i just now cracked a pabst.
i've been geneering since 11:30 pm last night.
after 3 fluid ounces times 12 i plan
to pillow up on my collie sleeping next to my
chair and dream away the all ways and
coax forth some nevers.
cheers. though.
one or two of these days i will
converge with unmet friends.

Well, it looks like I will be there for Saturday's climbing festivities after all.
For some reason my daughter doesn't want me hanging out with her and her friends on her 16th birthday!
I make no promises as far as actually climbing anything, but I can be the group photographer and beverage porter.
Shall we carpool Mr. Miller?

Crimpie, I'm headed up to the Meadows with my husband on the 12th. We will be occupied with alpine longer days while we are there, but could you remind me when you are going to be around? We may try to connect with you at the mobil Mart one night if we get down early enough.
And at some point he leaves and I stay to wait the arrival of another partner. What days are you looking for a partner? I might be able to help in a pinch if your need coincides with one of my rest days.

Shack and Kovar show up at my house and we'll car drool, I mean pool ( right) to the intended destination, 8:30 sound good? And if someone else want's to throw ropes on everything, then I'll gladly wear them out for them....210lbs and hanging alot on snowshed.

Well Steve just get them to the airport Saturday morning, they can climb all the wide they want today and eat sushi tonight. But they have Donner on the itinerary for tomorrow.

Won't make the climbing at Donner as I am stuck spending all my available climbing time this summer in support of the new climbing guidebook for Northeast California that I am doing with Paul Bernard. Climbing in Plumas County (about the same distance from Reno as Donner) this weekend, but Nancy and I are still planning on coming to the HH after climbing tomorrow. Look forward to sampling that cold Silver Peak brew on the deck!

Regretfully (we have the heat issue some what under control), this is Hot August Nights and every cop is going to be working and looking to give out DUI's, please be careful everyone at Silver Peak brews on the deck.
