It was a lot of fun! My "bad" shoulder came thru the workout with just a bit of soreness - I'm encouraged.

If I was a rep for the "belay glasses" company, I could have sold 10 pairs yesterday!

I'm sorry I missed it gang! I love that gym, it used to be my main one. Would have been fun to see the taco gang there.

I spent a few months treating that right finger crack like a boulder problem so I could get more than 1 move off the ground on it. I had the whole thing wired for a while before I switched to Berkeley gym, I'd like to see if I flail on it now or if I still got it.

The belay glasses are a lot of money, but no more than a new pair of shoes or a new rope. And I figure they paid for themselves in the first few months I owned them in one or two fewer visits to the chiropractor and massage therapist. It's nice to come away from a day at the gym with my neck and shoulders relaxed instead of a ball of cramps.

Limitless uses ... swimming the backstroke, flying like Superman, watching TV in downward-dog... They do work! Great fun with everyone on Sunday. I don't think I got into that finger crack; looks very hard. Suffered on the corner-offwidth-flare one, but got to the top courtesy of be-prismed phylp's ratcheting in every millimeter of progress between falls.
