edit: Thanks, Nature....need to be on diet challenge, but the power of sugestion.....won.
edit: dip half of the cooked cookie in melted chocolate. ;-)

Preheat: 350
Ingredients
2 cups Earth Balance
51/2 oz Organic Shreaded Coconut, 4 cups
2 teasp Organic Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Organic Sugar
20 oz Organic White Flour, 4 cups
Blend Margerine, vanilla, and sugar.
Add flour until well blended.
Stir in shredded coconut.
Roll dough into one inche balls and place about tow inches apart on greased baking
sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
Upon removal from the oven, Roll the cookies in powdered sugar.
Allow to cool.

Here's some from my recent trip to JTree
Me and an on-the-spot climbing partner(Christian, from CO. A great person; friendly and fun to hang with) trying to figure out which pile was the pile we wanted.....
Meeee.....Trying Big Mo, a climb I'd been belaying others on, but felt I shouldn't try. I couldn't even make the off-the-ground move the first time I tried with someone else. So, even though I didn't get to the part that everyone else got spit off from....I got further than I had expected. Can't wait til next time.
I was able to make this move and get set up to go into the mitten-looking part, but just could not get any further without coming off.
At the start of Gunsmoke....or at the finish, if you're me, and unable to make any of the hard moves.
