Not true. If she hasn't broken the law, then she is guilty.
Yeah, that's pretty much what I thought.

I have used this method and got a response back (twice).
I wonder if it's a personal server in the basement.
Easily expandable to this when the tuff gets going.

Not really. I make mistakes on my iPhone all the time.
Large climbing fingers. Also auto correct sometimes makes it worse. I have to back edit mistakes all the time on iPhone.
I say you're guilty anyway. I mean, we don't need to establish intent for mistakes, do we?

It sure isn't what it is...oops
So, John nails it up thread...thanks man.
What are the redeeming qualities that Trump possesses that makes him worthy of the POTUS?
* - Past accomplishments
* - Current projects in the black, socially and economically
* - Collaboration experience
* - Communication skills
* - Ethical/Moral integrity examples in his dealings/work in the real world
I'm sure folks have examples to fill in the bullet points above; oh, in order to accurately get a whole idea of the man, known examples of the exact opposite of each point should be included as well. Citations are appreciated.

OK dirtbag any person who's ever held a secret or top secret clearance can tell you she clearly broke the law (as was explained to us). So did her munchkins. Had she been anyone else? Jail time.
I'm not quite sure what law was broken, when two people who have the clearance to read a classified document, do so. Anything else has not even been alleged.
I do understand the issue of the method of communication security of that discussion, but the Republican Director of the FBI has cleared her of any lawbreaking related to that, just "poor judgement" in doing so.
In reality, unless she is a much more technical person than any of us, what she is guilty of is taking bad advice from her technicians.

The Democrats have suddenly lost the moral high ground. Hillary lies as much as Trump. It is a disaster. The Democratic nominee, doesn't know how to manage security at the high school level. How can she govern effectively? And Bill has a spy in Lorrettas office. The meeting in Phoenix certainly was no coincidence.

But the main point is anyone else would have been arrested, charged, and gone to trial. Sentencing would take into her degree of gross negligence and intent. She'd have a record with conviction on it for the rest of her life (which for the Sith is a very long time).
But as we can see now, laws do not apply in any way to the criminals running our Banana Republic.
Funny how the FBI guy took off running after his delivery yesterday.
Well, what do you expect from a REPUBLICAN official? Seems like the Repubs have a lot to answer for, to their constituents. Tea Party II???

Scooter Libby?
I was thinking of Libby, too, but I find the contrast important. The previous administration was forthcoming with evidence, rather than stonewalling, made Libby go through indictment, trial and conviction, and then pardoned him. One may legitimately question the wisdom or fairness of the pardon, I would have trouble questioning the transparency. They were open and notorious in protecting their own.
Unfortunately, the Clinton inquiry involved more than its share of withheld evidence and, as many have pointed out, her campaign's explanation of the situation contradicts the FBI's findings. Clinton's supporters now can say that an independent investigation shows her innocence of any criminal wrongdoing, but her critics will use the stonewalling and obfuscation by her campaign to say this situation did not differ from Libby's -- the only difference was that Libby presented all the facts. To me, that conclusion involves a leap of faith (embodied in Klimmer's Freudian slip, above) not supported by available evidence, but I wish someone would explain to the Clinton campaign how some actions make people look guilty, even if they are not.

She can't hold a Secret Security Clearance now with this "Extreme carelessness" on her record, which is really the definition of "Gross Negligence." So how can she be President if she can't be trusted with our State Secrets? She can't.
REALLY? Show me where in the Constitution, which defines the requirements for office of President, that this "rule" is found?
Again, conservatives tossing the Constitution overboard whenever it is convenient.
(not to mention-----you think Trump would rate a high classification clearance?)

You guys are right about one thing, this election is an intelligence test. And you just failed the pre-exam.

Huh?
Scooter Libby was convicted on a count of obstruction of justice, two counts of perjury, and two counts of giving false statements. Those convictions still stand, despite the pardons.
He was convicted on the testimony of others, specifically nyt reporter Judith Miller.

You guys are like a gang of sick honey badgers fixated on a smelly corpse.
Get over it, it's just an obsession of HATE for Hillary.
All this stuff about her constant lying is just completely out of control, she is just careful in what she says, and you don't know if it's true or not until the CIA gives the OK.
None of this will make a difference how she does her job as President.
You can have civil, responsible and experienced =Hillary
or you can have uncivil, irresponsible, inexperienced, knuckle dragging buffoon that will wreck this country fast= Trump

Am I wrong?
You can scale up the crime, if you'd like. Cops kill cases all the time because there isn't enough evidence to make a case. So?
