Slept with a basketball under his pillow as a lad.

And now look at him.

The first hit by the Spinners.
They call them the Detroit Spinners or the Motown Spinners
to avoid confusing them with an English group of that name.

Hillary steps (moves, actually).

[Click to View YouTube Video]This is no longer "politics," which are proscribed on this thread, or "off-limits" as they say in the services.

This is "history," as they say in the Youtube Archives.

You know what they say about tiny hands...they're everywhere.

"R.I.P. Theunis Botha"

A professional big game hunter was reportedly crushed by an elephant while hunting in Zimbabwe (and I can nearly taste the irony).

According to Netwerk24, the hunter was identified as 51-year-old Theunis Botha of South Africa.

Netwerk24 was told by a source that a group of hunters, including Botha, fired on three charging elephant cows on Friday. A fourth cow was said to have lifted Botha with her trunk. And when that elephant was fatally shot by another hunter, it collapsed on Botha.

Botha was a pioneer of Monteira hunting, in which packs of dogs are deployed to chase deer and boar towards hunters. Netwerk24 reported that he recruited wealthy Americans to participate in his hunts.

“Mr. Botha was a highly regarded houndsman and frequently led leopard and lion hunting safaris with his pack of dogs,” the Telegraph reported.

Both Dr. Palmer, the trophy-hunting dentist, and his professional hunting guide, Theo "Ufukka" Bronkhorst, should be so lucky.

Mad dogs and Africans

Only thing more just would be a herd of elephants trampling the affectations of the unholy triumpherate.

I'm going for a Thera Cane instead of a suicide knob.

The old spinatus duo, infra and supra, still got my bursa in a spin.

This guy's placement is wrong, but he is a deadhead apparently. The trigger points are up higher.

I agree. Bursitis pain begins higher on the shoulder.

So THAT'S what those crazy canes with the exaggerated curve are called.

They were all the rage in Fresno at the VA on Friday.

Musta been a hunnerd of 'em beatin' on the floor
They were strokin' here and a-hobblin' there
Hey, bro, take a walk on the wild side

And the brokedown vets sing
Doop Doggie Doo, etc.

BTW, you have my deepest sympathy for your pain, but, unlike recent (sorta recent) POTI, I am unable to FEEL it at this time.
(And I thank God for that).

Like I always said, when in doubt ask Bruce.

OK

FACT: Bruce Lee injured his back causing damage to his sacral nerve in 1970. The injury was due to overtraining and lifting too heavy during "Good Mornings", a weight training exercise, not during a fight as many people believe. Although doctors told him he would not be able to continue his lifestyle in the martial arts, through determination he fully recovered and went on to star in four and a half films made between 1971 and 1973.

Only thing is I wasn't even training, let alone over.

I wuz just sittin' at the compUter and replacing my O2 sensor.

Geez at least I can STILL FIND MY KNEES.

http://www.spiked-online.com/newsite/article/the-pc-idiocy-of-calling-lou-reed-transphobic/19845#.WSQNP9QrKPQ

"The funny thing is that the people who used to be shocked by Reed’s lyrics were those living in the polite circles of suburbia.
Now, it is young, trendy students who find themselves offended by Reed’s portrayal of trans women.
The attempt to censor a piece of music for not meeting a certain moral standard is deeply conservative,
and would be more suited to a church meeting than a university event."
