but....there is always a first.

I think, think situations like this are a reason(s) folks like someone/thing that tastes like Trump. Although, it won't matter. Those NE $lockjaws$ along with $Israel$ that essentially control this country, will still control this country...

"Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case," Comey said, saying the FBI could not find a single case in which a person was charged with crimes for similar actions."

What a copout. If there was "potential evidence" isn't it their mandate to find actual evidence?
It seems that with all the time that this took some definitive answers would not have been too
much to expect. Color me naive to expect the gubmint to actually do what it is supposed to.
And just because nobody has been charged before precludes making Hillary the first?

And if such 'definitive answers' actually EXISTED, you'd think they'd have found them.

Remember that Manning/whistleblower guy? Here's a quote from good 'ol Hillary:

“I think that in an age where so much information is flying through cyberspace, we all have to be aware of the fact that some information which is sensitive, which does affect the security of individuals and relationships, deserves to be protected and we will continue to take necessary steps to do so,” Clinton said."

Unbelievable isn't it?

Oh, and here are two people convicted and sentenced for the same grossly negligent crime:

So the best lawyers in the country along with the FBI couldn't find clear evidence that she commited a crime but armchair lawyers here on ST know better.

30 years of republican led witch hunts and waste of our dollars....zip, zero guilty of any crime.

Number one - wrong

A federal attorney announced Wednesday that Bryan Nishimura of Folsom, California, pleaded guilty to the unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials.

Number two - maybe closer - but still wrong

charged with unlawfully retaining classified information at a time when he was in touch with a Baltimore Sun reporter who later chronicled mismanagement at the agency.

Try reading stuff before you post it.

Reading sure is tough isn't it?

Better let the 'experts' do it for you.

Go back to sleep, we'll wake you when it's time to crown her.

Man, people have short & skewed memories.

How many people died directly as a result of this server mishandling?

How many people died directly as a result of the purposeful misleading of CheneyBushCo?

I could take you guys on the Right a little more seriously if your ranting wasn't so goddamned transparent.

It was an in-artfully chosen word. Everything is evidence, some of it weak some of it strong, some inadmissble.

Bob, if they're the "best" we've got then why is a simple yes or no seemingly beyond them?

Only simple people attempt to reduce complicated issues to yes or no--black or white. Like Republicans.

Reilly, if the FBI had come down with recommendation to prosecute, you guys wouldn't say a goddamn thing about quality of the investigation.

As far as the Right is concerned, she is guilty until proven guilty. End of trial.

Facts being what they are, it can no longer be denied that Hillary is a serial liar, negligent and incompetent.

What a Devil's choice this election is. Pass the popcorn ;-)

You guys sure love to jump to conclusions. I don't give a rat's ass one way or another. I'm
just sick of lawyers and gubmint types who won't give a straight answer. If you get drafted
to be on a jury they expect you to give a straight answer, for free.
