Let us not forget, the FBI has said there is nothing to prosecute. And somehow these f*#king losers in the GOP are supposed to capitalize on LOSING AGAIN?
Benghazi investigation was utterly ridiculous, but I don't think that's the case here. While I think comey did the right thing in not seeking prosecution here (which is consistent with other similar investigations) I think he was right in his conclusion she was extremely careless, which is not a winning attribute as commander in chief. She f*#ked up, and having him call her on it instead of say trey gowdy or Darrell frickin' Issa means something. Her explanations have been nebulous too. She actually does deserve some sh#t for this one. Hopefully she was not hacked.

ok so regarding the Hillary private server at home email thing - dumb
Am I correct that in the "chain" of "forwards" there were some emails marked classified?
ok did anyone get a blister on their thumb over any of this email stuff?
Bush lied and thousands died, yet Republicans had NO problem electing him again in 04
explain that
Bill Clinton got oral sex from Monica just like John Kennedy did from Marilyn Monroe
and yes that IS sex and so he lied and the Repub House voted to Impeach him and the Senate said forget that sh#t
This email stuff means nothing and won't change any votes, just like nothing Trump says or does including raping a 13 year old will make anyone not vote for him
so who cares? - Hillary wins by over 8 million popular and over 140 Electoral Votes

what do you make of this, Dingus?
The 110 emails represented only a small fraction of the roughly 60,000 emails that passed through Mrs. Clinton’s servers. Even with the 2,000 that the State Department upgraded as part of their public release, they account for fewer than 7 percent of those sent and received. Also, as one law enforcement official noted, the recipients of the most sensitive emails included aides or diplomats who have clearances to receive classified information — as opposed to a journalist, as was the case with the former director of the C.I.A., David H. Petraeus.
In the end, as damning as Mr. Comey’s conclusion was, he did not claim that Mrs. Clinton’s behavior had compromised any program or operation.

Had she been anyone else? Jail time.
Actually...I don't think she should not get jail time. No one who has committed similar violations has ever receive jail time.
She does deserve some sh#t over this. Not the crime of the century, but it was pretty f*#king stoopid; heck, most of us dunces here would think better of it.

The most bizarre aspect of the Trump campaign is that The Donald has been a headline and tabloid fixture for more than 30 years, but he thinks that nobody knows what he's been up to during that time.
Probably because tens of millions of Americans seem happy to oblige.

I agree, probably not actual jail time but a large fine (to cover the FBI investigation at the very least), and perhaps a suspended sentence and probation.
But the main point is anyone else would have been arrested, charged, and gone to trial. Sentencing would take into her degree of gross negligence and intent. She'd have a record with conviction on it for the rest of her life (which for the Sith is a very long time).
But as we can see now, laws do not apply in any way to the criminals running our Banana Republic.
Funny how the FBI guy took off running after his delivery yesterday.

Of course DMT knows better than the lawyers and the director at the FBI.
Being careless and being a criminal are two different things.

Wrong.
Gross negligence is a crime.
Intent doesn't have to be involved.

We also assess that Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal e-mail domain was both known by a large number of people and readily apparent. She also used her personal e-mail extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. -James (don't call Jedgar) Comey

My seven year old could read this law, listen to the FBI's very clear evidence, and deduce that the offender should be arrested, charged with violating this federal law, and have their day in court.
Intent or malice has nothing to do with it. Gross negligence with 20+ pieced of classified material over years, especially for a supposedly educated person in one of the top positions of authority, IS a crime.

Gretchen Carlson files sexual harassment suit against Fox News chief Roger Ailes
Gretchen Carlson, until last month a Fox News host, alleged in a lawsuit filed Wednesday that Fox News boss Roger Ailes fired her from the network after months of rebuffing his sexual advances.
The lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County, where Ailes lives. The Fox News chairman is the only person named in the suit.
“We believe that Mr. Ailes’ behavior toward Gretchen, as described in the complaint, speaks volumes about what she had to endure. The evidence will show that Ailes deliberately sabotaged the career of a talented, hard-working journalist and loyal Fox News employee," Martin Hyman, an attorney representing Carlson, said in a statement to Politico.

I guess I didn't make it clear. Verrry many people knew about the server, yet nobody barked. Wouldn't it be interesting to find some emails to H. Clinton from say Mitch, Paul, Rand, Barack, McCain, Lyndon, Liddy, Benedict Arnold?

"...if an enlisted person did what Hillary did, there would be no question as to prosecution."
"Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case," Comey said, saying the FBI could not find a single case in which a person was charged with crimes for similar actions."

Why, that would make it THEIR FAULT, now wouldn't it? Hehe
No, just that they would be complicit in the purported violations of the law(s) and would therefore need to be investigated and absolved of wrong-doing and/or pardoned (didn't Gerald Ford start that tradition?).
The people need to know that their politicians are not crooks, and they are not crooks.
