Peace to the spirit of Blitzo.
And to Sooze, Russ, Locker and all the others who loved and cared for him.
What a testament to the person Blitzo was to have such friends!

couple of years ago i had the opportunity to work in Josh for a couple of months. Bill was living in the guest house at the job site. i think he was working in 29 with fish and marty at the time. Every nite he would come home with new beers-most of which were new to me....connisour of craft brews he was. We would taste test the beer selection and watch the various wacky movies that he owned. He also had hrs of footage of partys at cashners place with all the monkeys hanging out and partying.
i ran into Blitz at new jack a few times since then and i think that the last time that i saw him was there after the gordenfest.
oh and by the way. i too heard him say that russ was his best friend.

Rest In Peace Blitzo.
Say heloo to all the great climbers for us. Wish you could send back some photos, I know they'd be great.
This is the best video version of Watermelon In Easter Hay I've found.
All Zappa freaks love Joe's last imaginary guitar solo.
You played a great one.
Turn it up.

Awesome how one man has spread so much joy and laughter. I'm in that receiving crowd - I have not laughed harder than some of the time I spent with Blitzo (and Locker) in the Boulder area. While I didn't get to visit with him many times, those times were pure quality and hilarity. Thanks for the laughs Blitzo (and Locker). RIP

RIP, Billy.
We only had the chance to lift a few cold ones together, but it was fun going to the John Gill/Pat Ament show together with eeyonkee and locker, and goatboy.
See you on the other side, and hope there's some good beer there too!
My sincerest condolences to locker, Sooze, Russ, Beth, and all others true to Bill and were there at his side to the very end.

Wishing the fine Brother well on the greatest epic journey. I'm sure his bright heart will take him to new visitas.
Maybe it just wasn't for him to take the time and hassle for the "elderly guy" part of life.
Sorry I won't be able to personally play with him this time
Peace
Karl

Condolences to all who knew and loved Billy.
I only had the pleasure to share a beer and a laugh with him a couple of times. I can only hope I leave as many wonderful and loving friends when I leave here.
It really speaks volumes of what a genuine friend he was to others.
RIP Blitzo!

Our kittie "Fana" has been missing for 24 hours now. We're thinking it was a raccoon that may have gotten her.
Fana is Bill's Angel. She new Bill would make the transition easier if he wasn't alone and Fana was there for him.

RIP sweet Blitzo, you were positive energy and good vibes in this world! I will celebrate your memory, and send warm thoughts to all of your friends in Jtree tonight with a pint of some frosty beverage you would approve of in honor of your last pitch, and all of you belaying him through from this world to the next. As said earlier, off belay... It is comforting to know you will be in good company on the other side.

Thinking of you Billy and wishing you well on your way. You were the "best" dog sitter ever, I second that Russ.
My thoughts are with all of you that cared for Billy. May your memories help you through this difficult time.
