hey there say, mouse... oh my, MY view is changing, too...
will post a pic, tomorrow...
been busy helping my friend, :(
she is in hospital... :(
intestine stuff, going wrong,
will know of her, tomorrow... oh my...
say, feralfae:
as to this quote:
My view here has changed radically due to pine beetles. Doug cut down many dead ponderosa pines from our forest. There are still a lot of trees, though. But now I can see more of the Divide, more of the Lake, and at night in winter, I can see the illumination of the ski slopes. Pretty nice, really.
oh my, SAD about the pine beetles, ... glad, though, that you make the best of it, >:D<
say, SO HAPPY you are playing in the clay!!
me, having got the yard up to par, after march and april ( my hard times) ... i am hoping to plant a garden, but wow, it is STILL a bit too cold, :O
not sure, yet, what i will do... at least, beans, and greens, always work, :)
and-- i miss the paints... been so busy, but GOOD BUSY, to help
my friends, local...
and of course, the yard.... it is double in size this year, as to the
extra side piece, :)
happy good eve to all!

^^^^Nice music, Psi. Very enjoyable. Thanks. To my aging taste, it's Supertramp meets Grateful Dead.
Decker made a visit to the Park yesterday, bringing back some video shots from the Sentinel Beach reach below Swinging Bridge and the meadows are in a flooding mode daily. Lots of water flowing through, and no air mattress flotillas or sunbathers yet. The warnings are out that no one is allowed in the river right now.
Idiots going near the flow should be aware, though, that it is rare for anyone to be swept away, according to the New Darwin Times. Go on and explore the eddies and bare rocks along the shore. Yer cool.
Decker mentioned there were piles of felled logs all over the place at Sentinel Beach. I kindly mentioned that they were called "decks" and he should know that, being one who decks.
He says that there is not a single pine tree left standing to obstruct the view of Yosemite Falls wall from the bus stop at the Four Mile Trail to Glacier Point. They've all been whacked.
And then this morning, I have the graveyard shift out there in the spotlights pouring more cement in the view-grabbing building.

I have flown there as a guest several times in the past, and in their T 34 mentor racing series. A great little runway and field, really nice people too, some of whom are also members of my home club, the Sacramento Area Modelers.
That is where I reside most Sundays with my pylon racing fanatic RC friends. Small world sometimes, DMT.
Mouse, thanks for that!
Like life in general, taking off is usually easy, but landing can be often problematic.
Favorite end of the world scenario?
