I think my advice (buried above) could apply to more than the audience for which it was originally intended.

You ain't seen nothin' yet...

I just back-clicked through my posts to 1/1/08, and after reviewing just Jan, have
discovered some astonishing stuff. It's amazing when you mix OCD with caffeine!!!

"I believe she did so under the duress of defending herself"

Jennie, you are rarely wrong. :) However, on this point, you are definitely wrong. I have posted multiple instances where she "attacked" me without provocation, then played the "victim" card when I fired back.

"one of my most desirous flames." I'm stealing that one for future use. Does make you sound kind of like a moth, though.

Jaybro - these comments make me think of the Facelift moth last year that your daughter and I had befriended. So cute, so friendly, then launched it's little flammable self into the campfire. Ffffzzzttt.

In other news I spent all of last week in the high sierra and tuolumne meadows for the first time in my life.

I have to figure out how I can live there now.

Ok - I just reviewed all my posts from 1/01 to 6/01, and now I need to take a nap.
After I take a nap I have to go to work, but in the knott too distant future I will get
June, July, August, and up to present. I wasted hours re-reading a lot of fun stuff,
because reading fun stuff took precedence over documenting my creepy stalking...

See ya soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111

We ended up getting a sweet campsite at Ellery Lake and then we went into the valley the next day. We ended up getting pizza in the valley in curry village and got wrecked at the bar :) Such good times.

“With all the insulting and bombastic rhetoric which gets hurled around here, the terminology "creepy old men" hardly seems like the worst thing I have ever heard……”
“Perhaps the real issue here is that some of these guys get rather charged up over the term "stalker."

OK, Lois I grant you have a point with “creepy” in context of the din of name calling that goes on here. My folks didn’t allow me to refer to people as creeps or creepy, but those terms are probably much less “loaded” than ”stalker.”

Perhaps the name calling is so pronounced, on ST Forum, that some are numbed to that fact that ”Stalker” IS a very charged word in the United States. Jeffery Dahmer, Ted Bundy were accomplished stalkers. Dirt and HK are not.

I’m suggesting it’s inappropriate to refer to individuals here as stalkers unless they fit the pertinent American profile of “stalker.” What an African hunting culture may define a stalker as, bears little relevance in the issue.

they're INTERNET stalkers. when you follow someone around online saving their posts in your computer, that's what you are.

i have a hard time arguing with that statement, but this thread is so gross on its own that i don't really think any more debating of who said what or did what is needed.

i feel like i am in super slo-mo, wanting this to just go away but also waiting to see the HK summary.... (involuntary shuder, ewwww.....)

on the bright side, when HK, PTHP (notice how he clammed up when i brought that up?) and jody team up on you, can you really be all that bad? i think.... ( )not

I still think this is one that folks should just let go. I like most of the people on this thread (not in an internet stalker kind of way) but I think Fatty's statement above is correct.

That's okay Jennie, I don't celebrate Christmas. :)

Thanks for the clarification, though.

Using t*r's definition, I am the runaway leader in the "being internet stalked" department.
