But seriously, Jaybro,
You ought to scroll up over a few speed bumps in this thread and check out our inquiry concerning charisma and how men and women might vary in this quality and more importantly, how the resulting societal impact might be observed or assessed.

"Have you got honesty, Jody? Under what aliases besides Akclimber have you posted on Supertopo?"

You are kidding, right? 99% of everybody here posts under an alias and I have no idea who they really are. I was called on it and did not deny it. Chiloe, you really need to quit being so nitpicky.

So you're answering my first question by not answering the second?

I would never make a personal comment.

Did you assume I was talking about something else? Why would you make such an assumption?

What difference does it make?
Who are you?

So it's nitpicky, and makes no difference. And yet Jody can't give an honest answer.

The name Chiloe means nothing to me.

But hey, I'll be honest. I've never posted on Supertopo under any other name.

Matt/Crowley, would you please stop twisting the knife.

Jody...... Matt and John have good points. When you get into this very negative place ( and I am not talking about whether your life is good or not, I am talking about how you are interacting with people here) When you get into this negative place you become mean spirited and judgemental and you blame everyone else for the way you feel. This isn't healthy.

If you truly believe that your life is good, then why are you concerned about what a few here think or say? I know this can be difficult when you feel like you are under constant attack, but try to understand the teaching that vengence is God's. It applies here very well.

It is not your place to seek vengence. God will do that and He/She has a very capable tool for achieving it. Its called Karma. Karma will cause everyone to reap what they sow. This applies to anyone who attacks you and it even applies to you. Stop sowing your judgemental attitude and eventually you will stop being judged.

And please understand, Karma is not truly a form of vengence. It is designed to teach one that you really do reap what you sow.

True Peace starts within and you discover the underlying Truths about Life. It does not depend on, or start with whether Crowley, or ANYONE is nice to you. When you need someone else to be nice in order to feel centered and at peace, then you have given them power over you. They control whether you feel peace.

This is why when Satan tempted Jesus, he was able to say that Satan had nothing in him/ meaning in Jesus, with which to tempt Jesus to lose his peace. Nothing Satan could give him nor even do to him could cause Jesus to lose his center in Peace. Therefore, Jesus was a Master over his Life.

I do understand that most here are not Masters of thier own feelings and their own Lifes, but we are given the chance here to Master these things. This is why Paul said to let that mind be in you which was in Jesus Christ. The mind of Christ is the solution. The mind that forgives more the 7 times 70.

Does this mean that you have to allow yourself to be bashed in order to be Christlike? NO...a resounding NO.

It means that to put on the mind of Christ, you must attempt to respond from a center of Love instead of a center of anger or judgement. This then leads to the question of what Love is. Is it wishy washy? NO Yet it also does not seek vengence. Because it knows that vengence only leads to more vengence. So it leaves vengence in the hands of God/Karma.

There is plenty more to say on this subject. But this is enough for now.

You can chose to see this as an attack on yourself, or you can take the opportunity to see this as the path to peace. The choice is yours.

I only wish you well,

John

Then you will continue to reap what you sow and you will continue to wonder why you are attacked.

Judging wisely versus being Judgemental.

When people speak about not being judgemental, they often leave out the part where Jesus tells us that if we do judge, then we should judge wisely using Christ discernment because how we judge is how we will be judged.

An example of being judgemental and attacking.

Calling Crowley a 5150. Its mean spirited. Just because you feel Crowley is mean to you gives you no right to be mean back. There is plenty of scripture backing this up. "You reap what you sow" and "Turn the other cheek" are two examples.

Lets examine just one example of why saying this to Crowley is judgemental and not wise. If Crowley really were 5150, would it really be wise to provoke him? Would Jesus? Or would Jesus seek to help?

That is if he really were 5150. If he isn't, then you are being disengenous and mean. If you say you are just joking, then I suppose that means Crowley is just joking and therefore you have no reason to feel offended.

Edit: Please do not lump me in with everyone Lois. And it does not matter where it starts. It matters how Jody responds. If he reacts from a place of anger, then he is not being the Christ. Being the Christ has nothing to do with how other behave. It is everything to do with how one responds.

Jody,

If he honestly thought he was a danger to society, then as a law enforcement office you are required to do something.

Do you really think that egging him on is the right response?

So true Lois

I've said it before and they do forget that Jody is a cop.

Just because he is of the warrior class does not mean he does not have to behave Christ like. Everyone is called to be Christ like. Does this mean we are perfect? No. It means we are to strive for that perfection.

Otherwise we would simply be allowed to blame all poor behavior on our particular class. It matters how he fights.

"John, what am I supposed to do?"

Start by not allowing him control over your inner peace. You do this by affirming that his words can not harm you. They are only words. Try to see them as only words.

Do this instead of allowing the words to anger you. If you allow the words to anger you then they have control over you. Learn to be a Master of your emotions, or you are no use as a warrior. I see the warrior in you. I want you to use it wisely.

In a match between equal combatants, who wins? The warrior who keeps control over his emotions or the one who gets angry? You already know this, you were taught it as a police officer.

He is not a threat to you or society. He only uses words. Words can not harm you. They only truly harm the one who speaks them. They create karma.

.........................

For longer term results, you must discover who you truly are. Did God create you to be angry and live and react with this anger OR did God create you to be a light in this world and have life abundantly. The life that I speak of is the true inner Joy that knows no bounds.

Decide which you want, then seek it.

Werner,

He doesn't bother me. I am concerned that he seems to be angry a lot. I know how this feels. It sucks.

Allowing his baser emotions to rule his life will not allow him to rise to the next level. In fact, if you study your teachings, it allows him to fall to the next lower lever or even lower. Is this what you want for him?

We are all called to Master whatever level we find ourselves at.

Well let him be angry and you rise up to the highest level.

I know for fact my level is way, way down at the bottom somewhere.

But I appreciate that you care ..........
