Hmm, y'all keep movin the dates on me. 17th weekend more likely at this point. Will be toting a slightly jacked right ring finger, #5 and #6 WC's, a dog, some homebrew, and possibly a 110lb partner who needs to learn the ways of the wide.

No better place to learn "the ways of the wide" and, have cool stuff, climbs and other, to do in between.

Hooray! I might finally get to meet the infamous Tarbuster Marlboro Man! And Bob D too! Very cool. Looking forward to hanging with you guys. Oh, and all the rest of you too!
Stich - what were we gonna ask/tell Bob about the new routes on Pine Cone Dome at Elevenmile?

Yeah Bob! I'm somewhat dyslexic on the this right/left stuff, I've led them both; one was a step on the way, and one was a milestone. Both have some killer stories. Let's plan on the easier one, unless you're set on the harder one, after all, in either case, life is short! I can recall beta in either case. It will be fun.
Cheers!

Bump.
Still seeking a ride to this shindig from the Ditch, Bay, Eastside, etc for either weekend, both, whatever. My schedule is wide open flexible and I'd love to get out of the valley for a bit.
With these gas prices, you know you need a rider.....
E-mail me at the profile address.

My name can be taken off the list. There's just no way I can make any of the dates. Have fun, I'll be waiting for multiple TR's here on ST.
I'll try to send a mixed tape with TK though.

Arg. I am so confused.
Maybe someone can post a summary of what is going on when and with whom. Plus, information on camping and logistics (so people know what they need to bring) would be useful. At this rate, and my easily confused self, I'll accidentally buy an airline ticket for a time and place where no tacos will be present.

I'm gunnin' for round two if I have to rob every convenience store along I-80. Also I'm getting my clutch fixed.
Crimp, if you get there the wrong weekend, just drive in to west Laramie and look for El Vaquero (affectionatley known as "Moma V's")it's across the street from Bud's Bar. Always Taco there-lard alert, though. hardy-har
Actually there is a web address on that poster that purports to have details

Thanks Ed.
When things start changing a lot (e.g., dates), it feels chaotic to me and I have to look away and wait for the dust to settle. The post is very helpful!
When Malcolm gets back from Hawaii, I'll yap with him about getting there and hanging out. Summer is almost over and that's horrible (summer being school's summer, not calendar's summer).

"Summers almost gone..."
Love the 'cupcake graphic' have seen people rope up for it. Never seen a tapeless ascent (probably too much previous damage, in every case) maybe
Russ can come show us the way?
Do that one sans tape and you have license (and open wounds) to tape for everything, or maybe not? How will we ever figure this out?
and Todd G,(style edit); if you've been around enough, as a socal guy, to have done that one, you have been around. But, have you done the blind, hanta infested, internal circumnavigation?

Todd, back in the old days, just before BITD™, I ran into the Todd & Paul show on some foray or other in Vedauwoo, or maybe at Ames. In any case back then (maybe now still) there was a block missing on the front of the monument, providing an entrance into the interior. I only crawled in a few body lengths, to check it out, but those guys claimed that there was a tunnel all the around the base, maybe two by two feet, and that to make the hands and knees full tour was cool, but with a head lamp or flashlight was cheating.
Never did it myslef, maybe a boogaloo party game?
would I wear diapers? Depends!
