Joe is an emotional gal.... especially when it concerns political BS.
But we've all done a ton of climbing together and he was always a good friend and climbing partner. Those are the times I value the most. For that, even though I sometimes wonder why, I still consider him a friend.

I had to dig a little bit, but I knew there would be a fattrad appreciation thread in here somewhere. So, bump.
Though our ideologic differences are often stark, fattrad is one of the very few Repubs who usually remains quite respectful in how he presents his position. (He does a better job than I do, that's ferdamshur.) I oftentimes don't agree with his view of the world, but because he can communicate it in a rational way, I'm always open to hearing it. I have great respect for that, fattrad- you are an important, valuable part of this whackjob ST community. Thanks for being here.

Way to go you two.. Guess ill burn this thread and wont ever bother to post ON TOPIC again..
Ron, you started that thread simply as a distraction away from the slimy, spineless sh1t you pulled to take down an adversary. A thread like that, following your role in hedge's chop, was going to be squarely in the sights of anyone you've alienated over the years...and you know this damn well.
The thread was a nice idea...and there were some nice shots up to the point you nuked it...but such a thread would be far better started by someone who posts 90% climbing/10% OT, as opposed to yourself.

I don't think hedge was wrong, i think everyone else was wrong. He's the last one that could ever be wrong. Just ask him & he'll tell you. He is not wrong. We were wrong, he is right. Hedge is always right no matter what.
I'm going to miss all his kind words to others & climbing contributions.
RyanD is posting some quality here.
