^that's good
Funny how your preferences skew your perception. Miami had more turnovers that OKC (12 vs 11), though I thought I heard Magic say OKC had nine in the 4th QTR.
Gimme me the ball first, lock Durant out of the key, winners' outs to 11. No question who'd win.

That is a good one, Jaybro, but that breed of humor dies a well-deserved death after this series. LBJ has paid his dues for the hubris of his youth, and he's currently in the process of proving that he's the undisputed heir to the throne that Kobe has lost.
LeBron has had a steady hand at the helm of his ship throughout this playoffs. Wade has been the inconsistent play- and decision-maker this time around, and LeBron has more than made up for it.
And he's been just as influential on the defensive end, maybe more so. How many times did KD - an offensive beast - throw up shots off-balance and out of rhythm last night, especially in the second half, thanks to LBJ's airtight D?
And whoever said Durant is quicker on the drive is dreaming.

It also looks like bosh is getting back into the rhythm. I think it was 3rd quarter lebron was getting ready for a drive and bosh moved out to set a screen. Just as Bosh had his feet established james made the move to the hoop. perfectly timed.
this series is over in 5. the thunder are overmatched emotionally.

James is playing incredible defense. It is making a big difference that he is concentrating on Durant the last two games.
Like him or not, he is a pretty incredible force on offense too.
The close, switching D on Westbrook has also made a big difference. Keeping a lid on him is no easy thing. The Heat did it well last night.
But, don't bury OKC yet. They will win another at least.
Sticking with my story from three weeks ago. Heat over OKC in 6

This is a good one tonight.
As they were cutting away to commerical, a picture of Oscar Robinson flashed ... you remember ... the guy who averaged a triple double for 5 straight seasons (1960-1965).
That's averages of 30.2 points, 10.6 assists, & 10.3 rebounds. What picture did they show? The Big O, playing defense, yeah that too.
On a sadder note, why do Miama fans insist on chanting "let's go heat", rather than the much hotter/cooler "heat it up".
I'm looking for 7 games, beginning not too be very concerned about who wins it.

Well the odds are not good. Still pulling for the Thunder, but I read today that a 3-1 deficit team in the finals has not even gone to game six. Yikes, could be the end of the season that was not supposed to be.

an eventual Thunder championship (which I think is improbable, but far from impossible -- subjectively assess 36.029% chance of happening) would be hard for LeBron to rebound from, would forever tarnish his legacy as a premiere baller.
Champions close, dig?
Go Thunder!

87.7% of stats are made up on the spot.
I remember when KG and the T-wolfs would eventually win a championship.
same goes for C-webb and the kings
how many "hot young teams" never won it all?
next year may bring another bandwagon team
these guys may get tired of livin' in OKC
really...your a 23 year old millionaire and you want to live there!!
harden or westbrook will end up in L.A. or NY or Miami before OKC wins a championship
you don't think they're thinking about it.....chillin' pool side or at the beach this week?
in the end, OKC is still lookin up at the Spurs, Lakers, Dallas and of course the Heat
they just had a good run, welcome to the NBA OKC noobs and bandwagoneers.

the thunder will be a good team for many years. but they are young.
And Lebron, Bosh, and Wade just told all the doubters to STFU.

Look for OKC to dominate Game 4
Still lookin.
Brooks got outcoached by Spoelstra, Miami made better adjustments every game (after 1), Brawn showed up this year for the last series, role players huge last night. Wasn't even so much youth vs experience as execution, too many mistakes by OKC to not get swept 4 in a row.
Congrats to the heatles...certainly not this fan fave, but due I "Spo"se.

Lebron finally seems to have figured out that when he goes to the paint his team is almost unbeatable. Heat will probably repeat next year.
