Good images each and every one. I just spent 10 minutes admiring the larger version of Impaler's Grand Capucin.

One of my all time favs. Hard for me to decide which is my best. Lately many of my favorites have been shot down in the office. I've come to the conclusion that I really don't like much of my work but that is simply self pressure.

There's gonna be a reading comprehension seminar at the next facelift with
mandatory attendance.

Hankster,
Does your surgeon know what you're doing?

@FortMental No, its a fake. I will admit it. I achieved the look in photoshop. Tho when I shot this I was planning on turning it into a tilt shift anyways.

Those toy lenses you speak of are pretty cool. Yet I have never jumped to pick one up. I am at point tho where I could justify purchasing a real tilt shift lens. They work amazingly for product stuff.

@SRBphoto,

I've heard about that technique. Sounds very ingenuitive. I wonder what the difference would be these days between a jelly shift, photoshop shift and a real tilt shift? Could be a cool little series if someone had the time and money. Or already possessed a t/s lens. Those suckas aint cheap.

Largo, that's one of the nicest pictures I've seen of El Cap.
Really different and beautiful. I love the sense of a shadow
across the midline of the wall, which tells us about the sky
and the clouds, though we can't see them.... lots to look at in
this fine shot.

This pic done with archaic point-n-shoot is still the favorite.
