We came upon her quite unexpectedly, we were very close to her.
This gal was guarding the nursery.
Here's the nursery. Can you find all five of the lambs?
This guy was hanging out with our chickens and didn't get scared by the wife's presence.

couple nights ago, some horrible gnawing going on behind the toe kick, under the sink. following night, this guy was upended in my waste basket.
a swinging figure eight pattern kept him from curling all the way back to his tippy tail, where my fingers waited in peril.
guess i better patrol the perimeter, looking for a breach in the foundation vents

hey there all, say...
oh my.... here comes my "additions" to the ol' wildlife thread...
hope the shock won't get you all (some are kind of funny looking).... :O
:))
well, they are the best that i could get...
:)
*though, i do have some really good swan pics... will
save them for a bit later... as i got to go
"hunt down a mouse" right about now...
(not the gnawing kind, mind you, but the kind that can gnaw a mite
at your patience, meaning: the ornery-computer mouse type...)
after only a year, it seems my is concking-out... :O
god bless... :)
edit: ooops, forgot... i keep trying to post, before the ol
computer or mouse, stalls... wow, thanks for the newest critter pics...
very nice!!! :)

These guys aren't spooked by people in the least... or by kites either.
I had to back away several times to get them under the camera.
