It should be a simple CC3336 violation with a 3 year statute of limitations
and a separate cause of action for civil detriment along with possibly civil
fraud and or a false claims filing.

ST has fantastic BBQ's every year, you should make it out to Facelift. Hang out with me and Crowley and Bluey and Ana and Largo.
Yep, there have only been one or two fist fights each time and the guns have only come out once in anger.
Okay Okay.. just kidding. They have actually come out 3 times. well, okay 4.. nope.. now that I think about it they have come out 5 times. but only one shooting. And that was only a minor flesh wound. haha..
........
You know, all joking aside. Women being threatened by men is no joke. I have seen the affects of it, and it ain't pretty. The nicest guys can be involved and sometimes it just takes a word from a friend to chill them, and sometimes it takes more.

For those of you that are interested, as Anastasia's husband, I have been supporting her and will protect her against any threat I feel warrants my attention. As I have now become aware of this insane thread, I am making sure it gets deleted tonight.
For those of you that have supported Ana - Thank you.
