Got out to do Guides wall, with my buddy Jason over Laborday

I did the route with Jason My New climbing partner as of this year. It was his first multipich route and he performed admirably swapping leads, he even did one of the 5.8 pitches.

Great pics. The peak you see from Guides wall is Owen. I think p6 is a bit sandbagged too...

This was my first big multi-pitch route waaaaay back in the day. I even got guided up it. Trying to fire that 5.9 handcrack pitch near the top was the hardest thing I had ever done at that point.

Facebook is a sucky place to post photos if you expect people who don't have or want a Facebook account to see them.

The Tetons bring back such good memories. It's amazing how much high quality rock is packed into such a small area.

Cool TR,
Was in the Tetons this summer myself and got back on the rope. Just managing Cube Pt (5.4) was a big undertaking for my wife and I on our 10th Anniversay! Glad we did it, but the sharp end was intimidating for me...sad admission...great vacation..that park is so awesome.

We did a 2 night backpack also in Death Canyon to AK basin that had the best wildflowers I have ever seen, a profusion! Next year 5.3...

Thanks Inner,

I've been terrified on Teton 4th class, so no need to be embarassed. The Wild flowers the last two summers have ben phenomenal, due to the higher snow fall. Alaska Basin is just incredible!

Even if your only climbing 3rd class, it's still an amazing experience.

Neat, that was the first route (due to massive blistering
going up to the Grand), I did out there. But I think what
you're pointing to as Mt. Owen is actually Teewinot Mtn.
Thanks for the share!

Thanks for the pics, Ezra. I climbed Guides Wall 43 years ago...god that's hard to believe. Proves I must be aging.
