God it was a different world the day before.

The world wouldn't be any different now if not for the fear mongering crooked idiots running this country. Also, is the world really any different?

Auto accidents kill 10 times as many people per year and yet there haven't been any true safety advances in cars in years.

Seems to me that those terrorists:

1. Didn't wiretap americans.
2. Didn't burn trillions of dollars killing people for their ideology (they did more for a few million than we did with a Trillion).
3. Didn't make turn our back on the geneva convention, we did that ourselves.

The number of people killed that day was terrible, but much more tragic was our governments oppurtunistic power grab in the wake of the attack.

I'm truly sorry for all of those that died that day elsewhere in the world and were more quickly forgotten than usual because of the other stuff that happened that day in N.Y. that had nothing to do with them.

9/11 sucked for those that died that day and for their loved ones but every day sucks for someone out there. Don't forget them just because they were not victims of terrorism.

Dave

Edit: But yes, R.I.P. those that died that day. I feel for them too.

What an ignorant thing to say. About 3,000 more people would be alive today and we'd still have 2 magnificant towers standing in New York.

God bless those who were MURDERED that day, as opposed to dying in a random car accident (although I do have pity for them too).

"About 3,000 more people would be alive today "

Let's not forget our soldiers never coming back. Let's not forget the 100s of thousands innocent civilians dead in Iraq.

Both groups are still taking casualties.

People are dying today in Afghanistan.

God bless everyone. No exceptions.

Here is the audio of the last words of a man as the south tower came down with him in the 105th floor.

Your fervor over this event as compared to any other event were mass quantities of people have died or been killed is repulsive to me.

Where in the bible does it say anything about nationality mattering when it comes to caring about people... (not that I care what the bible says)

A very horrible day. It's sickening regular people have to be pawns in these f*#king power games. There's just a few asswipes in this world that have to make it miserable for all of us.

Nationality doesn't matter. Japanese, German,etc...if you attack us, we WILL respond. And we should, shouldn't we????

hmm, no I don't think we should respond by killing innocent people... That would make us... well I'll let you figure that out.

This is the eve of that day.
Just as we remember the 4TH of July,
Christmas, Martin L.King, we remember Jesus death on the cross with the bread and wine

But your right we should be saddened by what happens to all peoples, Gods childern, all of us!
