Ok for many, too many years, I wrongly thought person unnamed chopped a friends route: Riddles In the Dark, only to find out that i was wrong, he ascerts he did not...
so, 25 years later... will someone give the gory details?

I had that same thing happen to me... for ten years, it was assumed I chopped a local route, even though I had nothing to do with it. Assumptions suck.

I chopped a route once, when I was young & not too bright. Wish I hadn't, even tho we
climbed it without the bolts. I'm sure the next party put them back.
Prolly not the route the OP has so vaguely in mind, however.

I've got no idea who chopped Riddles in the Dark...... but I do remember something about OK Crank getting chopped......
hmmmmm... it was a long time ago and all..... I'll think on it. Who did you think it was?

Who the fuk glues on holds????
Is it me or does that just sound stupid? I mean, I know you JB weld type epoxy , but , c'mon, glue?

Lots of glue around Bluey.... the Bolt Hold on Midnight Lightning is glued..... tons of stuff all over the place.... famous stuff.... stuff you would never think of.....
Glued holds on blank rock have even been removed with a pistol and a 12'er by guys on this very forum! The dark underbelly is slowly being exposed......
