What about cornered agnostics, when the theists around here get on the war path?

a. One who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God.
b. One who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism.

2. One who is doubtful or noncommittal about something.

I'm one of those things- but I'm not sure which...

Obama refers to 'em as "non-believers".

This seems a little pear shaped to me. Just because you don't believe in an afterlife or miracles or jihad or nirvana doesn't mean you don't believe in anything.

I believe I'll get a beer outta the fridge.

Just finished an interesting book "God's Problem." The book asks the question: If God is all powerful, and God is all loving, why is there suffering in the world?

I have not heard a good explanation for that question.

Makes one at least question the existences of a God?
