Say, Susan, I really respect you from the climbing friends that know you. Just wanted to say that cause we have never met.
I have lost the weight, can't lose any more but need an Autumn climbing challenge....
You don't need to respond, I'm working on it. But it's good to say howdy. Lynne Leichtfuss

How can offer a lose weight regimen right before Facelift?
It should be a weight gain bet.
Or are you & Russ not going to grace us with your presence?

Hey Salad,
Weren't you the one at the poker tourny who called the home phone with your cell phone to get your wife to get you another beer?

Oh, Sooze, the timing is awkward.
I've been thinking, for months now, that the aftereffects of
the Challenge are So Good...that I'd be willing to lose
(the Challenge)
heavily, if that would inspire certain of my friends to join in and lose some weight. And I'm hanging around 5 pounds lighter than my final weight from February. Almost guaranteed to cost me $110
But...No Notice!! Facelift!! Who'd do it now??

Guys/Gals:
I'm super busy (new job) and don't normally even work Fridays if that gives you an idea of what's on my plate (so to speak) right now.
So, if you're in PLEASE EMAIL ME DIRECT WITH CONFIRMATION so I can keep track.
As for you face-lift wussies so what? That falls 3 weeks into the challenge and you'll still have time to take off whatever you gain.
Besides, how much weight can you gain by walking around squatting and hauling trash for 4 days. Sounds like a pretty good work out to me.
~Sooze
Side Note Tip: I give it a 5% chance I'll make weigh out as it will put me only a pound or so over what my rail thin 19 year old daughter weighs.

O sooze. . .not quite true. All of nature's fish,
L's jello cakes, and copious amounts of carbohydrated beverages. . .equals lots of weight gain.
Even for an eldo prancer like myself.
And now I'm lookin for a job too.

IU'm 6 feet and 150, why do I need toweigh in?
Most folks gain 10 during the holandaise, so screw it til spring.
Wait, climbing is best in the Fall, never the mind.
