Mr. Experience picks a Governor of a small state who 2 years ago was a member of a city council in a town of 8,000 people? I'm sorry but I'm seeing a serious logic break here...especially considering that it is highly likely that she would need to take over as the top dog.

She seems to be a Reagan-style politician through-and-through. Photogenic (crowned Miss Wasilla in 1984 and was a runner-up in the Miss Alaska pageant, sometimes TV sportscaster, according to Fox), reputation for fiscal conservancy.
She also seems to be an attempt to balance out Obama, a young minority, much as Biden seemed to be intended to balance McCain, an old white foreign policy wonk.
Oh yeah, and, nice fish

Is this for real. A state that is presently associated with corruption in the rebugnican party at it finest. If so thanks McCain. You just found the loaded barrel. Wow doesn't seem like a bright move to me. Not a bad fish though........

I like the first line of a news story from May....
"Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska on Thursday proposed granting state subsidies to a Canadian company to build a long-sought natural gas pipeline."
Now we can get back to talking about the GOP subsidizing the oil and gas industries....not even the American companies, but a Canadian.
A pleasantly self-destructive choice from Senator McCain....oh yeah, and Happy Birthday to him, at 72, the choice of a running mate takes on some added importance, mmmm?

She would be a soshulist if she had granted subsidies to people. She wanted to grant subsidies to a corporation. I'm reasonably sure that would make her a feudalist, or perhaps an oligarch. It certainly ain't gonna help make her the Vice President.

The good and the bad.
Good: intelligent, female, moderate, appears to be a realist, but most important: a real Babe...Wow!
Bad: too young and inexperienced.
This may appeal to female voters and Puma types, but hard to tell at this point.
I would, though, like to be hired onto her campaign staff as her personal tutor.
