Can someone please provide a link to the Forum Rules?
I have searched the site and yet I'm unable to locate these rules that I keep hearing about.
I just want to read the rules so I will know if I'm breaking them.

Beyond the rules posted, there are laws governing access to computers owned by others.
But presumably you are only worried about site acceptable content?
Not things such as copyright violations, pornography, denial of service, etc....

I'd say C-Mac and his crew use their common sense. From there if you are not bright enough to figure it out, you might be booted. This is his baby not ours.

In the posting etiquette section at the top of the page.
"Please help us keep the climber's forum and route beta to be a friendly and informative resource. If you find posts that are objectionable, please email us to let us know. Although we can't control the content posted to the forum or route beta sections, we will delete objectionable or offensive posts as we become aware of them."

That's not a rule.
So basically there are no written Forum Rules, much less guidelines.
OK, got it. Just making sure I didn't miss something.
BTW, this is not saying that the powers that be can't do whatever they want...of course they can, but let's be clear about this,
no 'rules' were broken.

Ahhh, the good old obscenity explanation: "I can't define it, but I know when I see it."
Maybe the Taco will be more decisive than the Supreme Court, hehe.

The first rule of SuperTopo is - you do not talk about SuperTopo. The second rule of SuperTopo is - you DO NOT talk about SUPERTOPO. Third rule of SuperTopo. . . .

I thought the first rule of Supertopo is that EVERYBODY has something to gripe about.

I dunno, seems like some pretty clear rules to me; kinda like climbing, with it's geographical petty fiefdom, nuances.
