So a friend of mine is getting married and he asked me for some ideas on the vows. Me? I have a cat and a fish. That's about as far from commitment as one can get. I even had to check to see if I spelled commitment correctly! I didn't, only one "T". I did find this though;

hey there... say, if they love nature and are the romantic type and like insight to sparkle in faucets from diamonds and all that kind of jazz... there is some great words in a randy travis song: "my love is deeper than the holler":

We wrote our own. Nothing poem like, just what we were vowing to do. Kept it simple and short.

Because the bride is the only person who hasn't had to dip in her pocket? Even the guests have typically had to drop a couple of hundred bucks on a present and hotel room.
