ok, the general goal is to make an image file that is 72 ppi,
with a maximum size of about 640x480 pixels, generally the max width is 700 pixels.
if you do a google image search, the pixel size is listed.
everything you see on your screen is generally 72 pixels per inch -
I have a screen capture pic that shows posting also...
also JOEY, are you using an image editor like Photoshop?

moving a bit ahead - sorry
here's a screen capture that shows the right address to highlight
in photobucket, it's a copy (Ctrl-C) and paste into the space for the post (Ctrl-V) operation to place the link.
needless to say tabbed browsing in Firefox is ideal for this
