OK, I can hear the jokes, name calling, and slander all ready, but if you really are sincere, and you really take the time to watch a few on-line videos I think it will make you really think . . .
I don't know what to think now --- yeah or neah. But I'm certainly very interested. These people interviewed and giving testimony seem very credible.
Most people don't want to talk about any of this because the immediate knee-jerk reaction is if you think about this stuff or you might even allude to there being something to it you are labelled "nuts," "Coo-Coo Bananas," or a "Tin-foil Hatter" or worse.
This is the most credible presentation regarding this topic that I have ever seen. A friend introduced me to these on-line videos and I'm in turn sharing them with you. Enjoy.
The first thing to watch is The Disclosure Project press interview before the National Press Club on May 9th, 2001:
INTERNET VIDEO WEBCAST
Campaign for Disclosure Witnesses Panel
National Press Club Washington, DC
Originally Broadcast Live on Wednesday, May 9, 2001
On Wednesday, May 9th, over twenty military, intelligence, government, corporate and scientific witnesses came forward at the National Press Club in Washington, DC to establish the reality of UFOs or extraterrestrial vehicles, extraterrestrial life forms, and resulting advanced energy and propulsion
technologies. The weight of this first-hand testimony, along with supporting government documentation and other evidence, will establish without any doubt the reality of these phenomena, according to Dr. Steven M. Greer, director of the Disclosure Project which hosted the event.

Being a "dial-up" kinda guy I will never see any of these videos. But I would offer this in perspective, just because a guy has been able to buy himself some sort of advanced degree does not make him credible. Evidence makes you credible, so where is it? Yesterday I took a 14 hour hike through our local mountains (Sandias) that went by a plane crash from roughly the same vintage as the "Roswell Incident". Of course there is debris everywhere, there is no possibility that it could be cleaned beyond a trace. Also, like many others here, I have spent my whole life outdoors, countless hours at night, and I have never seen anything I could not explain. Just my perspective.
Flame me up, Scotty! LOL

You gotta admit that is a cool pic though.
I'm not reffering to Bill's. jeezuz.
One wonders what is going through the heads of grown men that find photographs of animals humping "funny".
Answer: not bloody much.
edit: bill's terribly amusing post below neglects to point out he has deleted the photo mentioned above.
Is this as clever as it gets? I kept reading I need to lighten up and get used to everyone's sense of humour.
Yeah, as soon as I can get into a time machine and regress 30 years in age. sheesh.

So where are the individuals who berated me for OT threads?
(shakes head) As if that were truly their motivation in the first place.
Anyway, I'm not sure why this stuff holds any interest at all.
We've bigger fish to fry folks.
So what if aliens from another planet visited Earth?
Big deal. Kids watch more shocking stuff on saturday morning.

Crowley, you presume a great deal.
I wasn't reffering to the OP. I was reffering to the subject in general. UFO's fer Christ's sake.
Jesus man, this is ridiculous.

TGT,
Get your a##wipe Pinko faggot insinuations correct. Klimmer isn't a Pinko faggot democrat zombie. He is an ALIEN pinko faggot democrat. Thats why he is posting this thread. To give us all a warning that we are about to be taken over by superior pinko faggot aliens.
Then sex with Werner will be the norm. Followed by sex with bear 46. And everyone will sport climb. Knott that there is anything wrong with that.
Jeebus, you would think that a rightwing warmonger KKK loving fool like you could keep this straight.
Sorry Klimmer, but it had to come out.

I'm guessing this topic is just too far out there for most people to really wrap their head around or discuss seriously.
I hope you all at least watch the National Press meeting that was televised live, although the first hour was blocked when it happened. It was one of the most tuned in National Press conferences ever.
So really, what do you think about all of this?

I think this should be a cause for anyone's concern. Consider this:
The Disclosure Project gives a conference before the National Press Club on May 9th, 2001 where over twenty military, intelligence, government, corporate and scientific witnesses came forward at the National Press Club in Washington, DC to establish the reality of UFOs or extraterrestrial vehicles, extraterrestrial life forms, and resulting advanced energy and propulsion.
All the mainstream media was there and none of them reported on this. Dang! You would at least think that they would report that high ranking officers in our military and intelligence services are nuts but no, no reporting.
Which just goes to show, the media shys away from covering what they don't want to deal with, even if it's important.
Peace

Hi Nick
If there are twenty nuts who have achieved respectable ranks and security clearances in the government military and intelligence realms, that in itself would be newsworthy.
Peace

Karl, I beg to differ with you. Saying that twenty prominent(?) people believe in something for which there exists no proof is not newsworthy. My guess is you could produce any number of high level government officials, scientists, jet jockeys, you name it,that would profess a belief in some god or another. Should that be headline news? It is a belief system with even less evidence for it than UFOs, if that is possible. Perhaps I throw the term nut around a little cavalierly, but what matters to me is the complete and total lack of physical evidence. Until I see some it is a belief system like all others, totally faith based. These guys are just worshiping at a different church.
