Way to go...sums up the "just another day in the Valley Syndrome" just transpose the Deli for Karl's hottub and presto. LOL..too funny!!

NOw that is funny. I originally drew it up as the guys going into the deli... then I got lazy and found the image of Finny on the phone from an episode that didn't go anywhere.

the the last line would have been "Turkey?" "Nah, just had turkey." as they walked through the doors.

Yeah! More Valley Commuter!

It's another good one too!

In my version our heros wake up with pretensions of doing a longer climb but end up spending half the day in the Arch Rock parking lot reading the entire guide book from cover to cover discussing the relative merits of every climb in the Valley from Arch Rock to Mt. Broderick. It ends up being too late to do any of the climbs that seemed like winners. So our heros roll towards the Lodge where they expand their posse and drink coffee for two more hours before moving the whole posse along to go crag somewhere within walking distance.

It's not as funny as Karl's hottub and probably not as fun...but it happens more often.

These cartoons are GREAT!

Not only is Karl's hot tub hot, but man - can Karl ever cook a steelhead! What a superb birthday dinner that was. Thanks, mate!

Now, if only I had known not to drive Rick's 2WD pick-me-up truck down Karl's incredibly steep driveway! Sheesh. As you can see, Dr. Piton had to devise a different kind of hauling system using a rather unusual hook. Definitely NOT the Better Way!!!
