Baby joy for Tori and Dean in Los Angeles

14 MARCH 2007

Tori Spelling and her Canadian husband Dean McDermott have welcomed the arrival of a baby boy. Liam Aaron, named after the actress' late media mogul father, was born on Tuesday at Cedars Sinai hospital in LA by caesarian section, weighing 6lbs 6oz.

"They're all really happy, and everybody's resting now," said the couple's spokeswoman. "Tori and the baby are healthy."

The former Beverly Hills 90210 star is likely to be pleased to have her mum Candy on hand to help with the little one, as the pair have rekindled their relationship after a brief estrangement following her father's death last June.

"Words can't describe the joy and elation I feel at this truly happy event," said the excited new gran, who was at the hospital to greet the newest addition to the family. "I am looking forward to doting on my new little grandson and all the memorable fun that comes with it."

And the new parents will certainly have their hands full in the coming months. In addition to caring for Liam, Tori and Dean are launching their new reality show, which focuses on them running a bed and breakfast establishment, on March 20.

He is an agent provocateur for AIPAC.

Worse than a troll.

Why does he continue with the same dribble here?
Probably for the same reason he can't attend the national AIPAC convention.

He wants to be someone he is not.

I think that he is a combination True believer and Troll. He really believes that war and Killing people are the answers while believing that he knows who should die and he likes to stir the pot.

Combination is my verdict. Troll and True Believer.....A terrible combination.

I am not buying it Locker. At some point there is such a thing as right and wrong. I don't see my answers to Fatty as coming from my being a Democrat. I see them as looking for the truth, as looking for solutions to problems and as refuting those so called solutions that I think are wrong. Fatty promotes war as a solution. I see that as a wrong idea. Does this mean that I couldn't have a beer with him. No, it doesn't. But while having that beer I am not going to let him lead this country into a bigger war. I will stand up to him and his ideas. Hopefully while doing that I can still treat him with respect as a human being, but I do not have to respect his ideas, only his right to have them.

I know that you don't see any difference in the Democrats or the Republicans, and maybe you are right. Certainly there is corruption in both parties. Does this mean we shouldn't at least try and understand what is happening in this world and where our leaders want to take us? I don't think so. Fatty promotes war as a solution and while I might have a beer with him, I will not allow him to promote war and go unchallenged.

You are correct in that It is important to Love everyone. The bible says, "Judge not lest ye be judged". But it goes on to say " but when you do judge, then judge according to righteous standards, for that will be the standard by which you are judged". This means that we are called to judge, but when we do, we had better make sure that we are right.

It also says to love your enemies as yourself. In my opinion this means that I must care about Fatty enought to point out the fallacy of his beliefs. Just like you would point out to a fellow climber whose harness was about frayed all the way through that he better check his gear for wear. Only pride gets in the way of that sometimes and that ain't Love.

Peace... Friend

Well, for starters, an unbeliever is not quite the same as a heretic or an infidel, but may have a few similarities.

Fatty is great troll, BTW. It would not be the same without him. In a similar vein, without Locker, and Juan, and LEB (Kodosian sock puppet extraordinare) what would we have to laugh about? What would we do for entertainment?

Anyway, one more point: All my favorite trolls mentioned above, in my opinion, mean no real harm. I think they would try to do the right thing in a given situation.

Locker, I take offence, total offence you scallywag. I am a liberal and I think that Fattrad is AOK as well (though needless to say, I don’t think that many of his political beliefs are AOK). So there, stuff that in your pipe and smoke it Santa. ;-)

John Moosie, well put. Yeah Dirtineye, some posters may be trolls, or may at least troll, but their presence on the Taco Stand helps make it what it is (EDIT, for the most part). And Nita, I concur, Fatty may be delusional sometimes, and certainly is a name dropper, but he has a good side (most of us do, though I wonder about myself at times).

Locker, I agree with you about the way some discussion (arguments) are handled, and all the name calling and persistent and repetitive insulting posts on some threads, especially non-political or climbing threads that drift off topic, can be a real turn off, and ultimately ‘defeats’ the message and opinion of what the poster(s) is/are trying to get across.

I agree with UnckleDoug
DaftRat is a self-appointed, self important mouth piece tool for the AIPAC agenda. I am sure he throughoughly believes the bile that endlessly sputtles forth from his double speak pie hole.
I absolutely agree he has a 'right' To his opinions and a 'right' to speak his mind. For me the problem is he is not speaking wiyh 'his' mind. Rather he is regurgitating Neo-Zionist propaganda twisted half truths and out right lies. He and his puppeteers know the message heard most is the message most believed. So they are always spewing vitriolic and racist myths and messages as "TRUTHS".
The Machiavellian madness of the state of Israel is defended by the constant recounting of their collective victimization. The goals of their agenda are accomplished in no small part by our aquiessence. Which in turn is enabled by our deeply imbedded collective sence of quilt.
So the circle churns on and on. Keep the message filling their heads lest they forget and think for them selves.

I went to an incredible speach by Hanan Ashrawi. She is an educator, a defacto diplomate for the Palestinians and one of the most caring and peacefull folks I've met ever. But to get to her speach on the CU Boulder campus we had to pass thru an endure an angry guantlet of radical flag waving DaftRats protesting her mere presence. Just the fear of anyone saying, not only something potentially negative about the brutal occupation of the Palestinians but God forbid, anything nice about the Palestinians at all is enough to mobilize the forces. Like storm troopers these folks showed up and abused all of us for simply wanting to hear with an open mind something besides the constantly re-run main stream propaganda. It was a great speach, enlightening and inspiring. Sad part was had any of the ranting prolitariat outside dared to listen for them selves they would have heard a powerful voice of compassion and comprimise. Instead the choose to close their minds and blindly label her a "terrorist".

DaftRat = tool + drool = troll dooo
