I'll take that pear-shaped, black and gold Kong Bonaiti locking carabiner. How much? Do you accept Paypal?

Fred! Thanks for posting up. I appreciate that it might be discouraging that 3 of the photos you posted didn't open on your post, but they are on Supertopo & Clint reposted them for us.

Let us know if you have more of your Dad's old climbing gear that you are interested in selling. There are a number of keen gear collectors (& old gear experts) on this site.

"Fred Durrance"? An evocative handle with a cleverjuxtaposition of icons, or your real name?
Any relation?
Have you been to Devils tower?

That gear is too new and too common to be of value to a collector - and too old and heavy to use today. Maybe find a Boy Scout Troop to donate to.

From Wiki: "Jack Durrance died on 7 November 2003, aged 91, survived by his widow, Stella Coulter Durrance and their five children."

Fred, can you introduce yourself?

Most of that gear is from the early to mid eighties, iirc. So we're curious about who you are and where the gear is from?
