That was interesting, thanks. Mt Stuart holds a special spot in my heart. Dunno why the Lk Stuart approach was so bad. Last time I did it we scored booty in that gully. The previous winter Mark Weigelt got avalanched out of it, amazingly with no injuries. I happily found his wire-rimmed granny glasses because I had forgotten my glacier glasses. I used his frames with some athletic tape a la Eskimo goggles!
