Boy, I don't know about this thread. When my daughter finished grad school (at least for now), I think she wasn't looking past paying for her student loans.
That Acura NSX is a different story. About 25 years ago, when the first generation of NSX's came out, two of my law partners got them. One, who is quite tall, looked rather like an adult trying to fit into a pedal-powered toy car when he drove it. As a gag gift, I got him an "NSX Headroom Expansion Kit," consisting of tin snips and a pair of goggles.
I was tempted to get an NSX then, too, but my wife said no (in rather more emphatic terms) when she discovered my partners needed to put on a new set of tires every 5,000 miles. Shucks!
John
Edit: MikeMc, where do I get one of those? Now that I think of it, though, don't I need more than an ordinary driver's license, since it has more than two axles?

I've ridden in this...
Only one was made so it has a name - the Xenia.
If it ever goes on the block again, and I doubt my friend is gonna sell it,
it would bring well north of $30 mil.

@JE. Yeah, I understand, but no student loans.... she did it with scholarships, including grad school - Smith College, University of Vermont. Proud Dad here ..... maybe I will get her the car.
And Happy New Year to everyone!!!! It's going to be a good year.

Better?
^^^ JEl, it's a dodge powerwagon, Leno has one of them I believe. No special requirements for a Tandem axle. CDL is based primarily on weight, towing, hazmat, or number of passengers. (varies with state)
